Our room had a strong funky smell like an overused ash tray, even though the whole place was supposedly non-smoking. We kept the a/c on high to deal with it and it wasn't so bad after a while. Breakfast items--folded omelettes and sausage--seemed like they were heated up from the day before. We would not choose this place again.

The room was clean, comfortable beds. Quiet place to stay. The staff is wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and a special thank you to Betty. When I stayed in forgot my charger and cables during my stay. She was willing to help me get the cables back to me. Great customer service!

First let me say this is not our first time to stay in Forrest City on the way back from visiting family in Texas however, each time I try and find a place to stay that is not disappointing. What a nice surprise -- The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was spacious and clean. Our room was large well decorated and the bed was extrely comfortable. The bathroom is always a good sign of what you can expect and this one was very clean. The breakfast the next morning was well presented and the dining area was large, The sign outside says they are under new management and the overall appearance of the inn reflects that they aretrying to upgrade they image. We will be staying here again

Awesome experience. Betty was an absolute joy...Rockstar all the way. Could have just stayed in the lounge talking with her. Her dinner recommendations were spot on as well. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. All around terrific stay.

This hotel is somewhat dated, but more than makes up for it in cleanliness, service and reasonable pricing. The hotel was our third choice, as the first two were fully booked. We saved about $50/night and learned our lesson that pricier name brands don't necessarily offer better service. Rooms are entered directly from outside which turns out to be a plus because you are closer to your car. Security appeared good. The breakfast room was bright, modern and very clean with the same breakfast selection you see in most hotels. We had a nice conversation with Annie, the housekeeping manager, who said she had been working for the hotel for many years (I think nine) and loved coming to work every day. As much as anything, Annie is the reason we stayed here again on our return trip home. The room rate was about $100/night.

My first night in the room, I found tiny dead roaches in the refrigerator. It was late, so I decided to talk to the desk clerk in the morning about cleaning. Not until later on that night when I saw tiny roaches crawling around in the bathroom and on the wall, I knew I had to leave immediately. I packed all my belongings and left the room. I told the desk clerk about the roaches and that I was not going back to that room. The clerk said she would notify the manager but never offered any type of accommodation. When I corresponded with the manager via email, I explained the problem to him and again was never offered any type of accommodation. This was my first experience at a Quality Inn Hotel and a terrible one. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, poor customer service and with the manager for not attending to a customer’s needs. I pray no-one else goes through this.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. The room and overall facility was clean and well maintained. The motel is located conveniently to places to ear. The breakfast was good with a variety of offerings for the clientele. The sausage gravy was home made!

Traveling with dogs and finding a decent hotel is hard! But this hotel gave us a comfy room next to food and gas, and is right off the interstate. Ask for Betty if available. She is kind and easy to work with. She even mailed me a book I left in the hotel room!! You don’t find this type of hospitality just anywhere! Will book here again. (The hotel even has a small dog park right outside your door)!

My husband, daughters, and I were traveling from SC to NM and we were exhausted. We were able to get 2 rooms to accommodate us. This was a blessing as all other hotels were booked as there was a class reunion in town. Our rooms were nice and clean and the ac worked so well we all slept through the night! The water pressure in the shower was exceptional and I felt less stiff and sore afterwards. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of comfortable pillows. The bedding was not too light nor too heavy. The people next to us were sitting outside listening to music and talking (very nice people) yet we heard nothing while in our room. Upon returning home I realized a very special stuffed animal of mine was missing. They found it and are shipping it to me! I will definitely stay here again should we make the drive back to SC in the future.
