From the reception staff; Awa and Salvador, thank you so much for your warm reception and attention, you guys are the best at what you do. To the kitchen and bar staff; Marcus, Paul and the others; thank you for the freshest and most delicious meal. We had a huge variety of meal options and endless drinks and even when the kitchen was closed, the outdoor bar was open with a variety of food and treats for everyone. The pool area was huge; with slides and huge space for kids and adults. the indoor pool was massive for people who preferred the warm pool. To the entertainment team, where do I start from? My kids will not stop singing all the songs from your mini disco shows. you gave us 100% and more. from the Halloween party prep to the tee shirt paintings (WHICH WAS BRILLIANT), the art sessions, the football, the games, you guys went over and beyond to keep the kids happy and gainfully occupied. you guys are simply amazing and we will certainly be returning in the future. This hotel is genuinely amazing, if you have young children and are considering different options this place was amazing all the staff were great and lovely friendly but especially the children's kids club and entertainment staff were another level so happy and friendly and made them laugh at every occasion the facilities are great food and food staff great. Couldlnt reccoment this place more would definitely stay again 10 /10 A+ Also the amount of effort the catering staff went to for Halloween themed meals was incredible same with the entertainment staff putting on activities and decorations.

Just visited for a week with my husband and our 11 month old, we had the most wonderful time. The staff are exceptional, always greeting you with a smile and exceptional service not to mention absolutely doting on our little boy who loved smiling and laughing with the restaurant staff. The food is easily the best hotel food we’ve ever had - fresh, great variety and the bbq night in particularly was quite the event. If travelling with a baby, rest assured there’s plenty of options for them to enjoy…our boy enjoyed exploring new foods but we also had days where we played it safe with the likes of pasta, rice and chicken. We chose a ground floor premium suite with a terrace which was situated on the road side of the hotel which was quiet and gave us a bit more space to allow baby to crawl around safely. We hired a cot from a local website which the hotel were very helpful allowing the company into our room to set it up and collect after we had left. We enjoyed the pool a handful of times but having a crawler, it was a little challenging to keep him safe at all times so we didn’t visit the pool as much as the nearby beaches in Pollensa which we felt were great for baby. We enjoyed the mini disco a few times which is always good fun - the animacion team were full of energy and great with all the kids. Lots of great drinks choices and again, excellent service from the staff. We really had the most amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. My only criticism would be that I felt the pool was looking a little tired and could do with a bit of TLC in areas but given we had a very active crawling baby to keep an eye on, it’s possible this stood out a bit more to us than it would to others. All in all, a fantastic family holiday. Thank you!

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff are amazing, cannot do enough for you always with a smile on their face and work extremely hard. Place is spotless. All inclusive has been fantastic for our 21 and 19 year old boys. Lovely 20 minute walk into town with spectacular scenery. Robinsons catamaran boat trip was a really hit for us all, and the late night karaoke bars for those that want to venture out late. The spa is stunning. Plenty to do for families and for families with younger ones. Would def recommend. Thankyou to all at this hotel for an amazing week you are all amazing and we are very grateful x

We were a party of 13 in 5 different rooms, 3 in one block and two in the other. We went for 7 nights. Food: We initially booked just bed and breakfast with our stay but decided to go all inclusive when we got there. The food did not disappoint despite eating out multiple times during our stay (pre planned). We had toddlers, teens and children in our party and they always had something for all ages! We loved the grill night and paella being cooked by the chef during the week at lunch with some sangria! We actually said the paella cooked by the chef tasted a lot better than the one we ate out in one of the restaurants by the promenade! We loved the idea that the kids were able to help themselves to the snacks, ice creams and drinks! They always had these biscuits in the snack bar which I absolutely loved but never got the name of it! Would love to know what it is called? Room: The room was nice and spacious. Had a few teething issues with our door but they got resolved quick and really appreciated it. One of the rooms that our party was in unfortunately got broken into on our last night and there was no one at reception when they went to report it. The ceiling in their bathroom also collapsed during the week, which was quite scary and lucky no one was in it when it collapsed. The railings in our balcony was a bit dodgy and loose so we decided not to let our toddler out in our balcony at all (didn’t really make a difference to us). We didn’t put the notice out to get our rooms cleaned the day after we arrived and it didn’t get cleaned so I would suggest to always indicate to staff if you want your room to be cleaned or not. They cleaned our room to a good standard! Pool: There were 3 different pools which I personally loved considering I have a toddler. They did activities during the day in the main pool so during that time spaces are limited which can be quite frustrating as we are then sidelined if we didn’t want to join in. There are plenty of sun beds, however, a lot of them can do with a thorough clean but it wasn’t dirty, dirty! We always used our towels so it didn’t matter to us anyway however, if we didn’t have towels I personally wouldn’t lay on it. Entertainment: The kids had a great time and the teens in our group were actually able to free roam the resort. There’s a game room the boys loved, the playground when they didn’t want to be in the pool or the game room. They set up a lot of activities for both adults and kids! The entertainment team was great! I want to give Paul a shout out, he was brilliant! In one of the kids activities was designing a T-Shirt, which needed to be left out at the stage to be dried out. Someone must have taken one of our kids and she was quite upset by it as she spent a lot of time on! Paul set up everything to encourage her to do it again but she didn’t want to as she wanted the one she initially did. After a while, Paul managed to get the T-Shirt back! We really appreciated that! If its 202 from 1126 hotels then god knows what the others offer . From start to finish the hotel succeeds and delivers what all family's need , are group pretty large contained 7year old , 11 , 12 , 13s ,14s 15s ......we've all come home gutted to be honest , we wanted longer than the 9 stayed. Check in pretty simple and a warm welcome. Food outstanding, I was just choosing different things all week , especially omelette for breakfast , . Theme nights were good , Indian wasn't the best but still enjoyed the food. Bar staff again brilliant, even table service when sitting watching entertainment, a special thanks to ANTONIO who just has something abit extra for the guests when he's around serving . Animation team again very hard working . 1 Down side this year was the continued teens (from france) playing rough in the pool with hard balls that could easily hurt elderly or the younger, they were spoken to by their rep but hardly listened and gave mouthy remarks when asked kindly to be abit calmer , we know other guests complained to ! All in all though a great stay and wel defo be back again . Our room view in block 1 of an evening was gorgeous . THANK YOU PLAYA MAR
