A very nice holiday! People working there are very gentle, accomodating and anytime available. Children friendly, with swimming pool and animation. As well Spa for adults always opened, in addition to that Food and service were just great, as well the transfer service! we will surely go again in the future.

Terrible food - unexpected from an Italian provider! Little choice for vegetarians and always the same very low quality food! I strongly advice to stay away from it! Inconvenient location: you need a shuttle to the sea, even if it is free, and it is a pain to manage. Small, not very clean and outdated rooms. Unsatisfactory children's entertainment.

Actually i found this hotel by chance on google maps. We couldn't have had a better holiday. You find all the reasons for it in the other positive reviews but i simply like to add my review out of gratefulness... And i'ld like the owners to know what a great staff they have i.e. have chosen (but sure they know). The food is great because honest and real: fresh fish is being delivered same day, no strange things like cherry tomatoes on fish filets or basil or parmesan on the seafood which tourists introduced in other areas. This is the kind of cuisine of my childhood when i visited my nonna in Italy. And our children loved it as well! Beside that, as the other reviews mention, great staff, friendly, attentive, able to make own decisions without asking three other managers like in other hotels. From the cleaning staff to receptionists and driver: just great. Small note: and despite the fact we didn't think about the kid's club before it was a real treat to us and our boys had a great time even if they don't speak Italian (the staff there also know some other languages and the atmosphere was simply good). Almost all rooms are renovated but i'ld also take a old room here.

This hotel is a jewel. While most visitors are Italian or German, the staff also speaks English. Everyone was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us get beach towels (not realizing people bring their own on vacation here). The kids club workers were fantastic! They were so sweet with our kids and were able to speak English with them. The whole hotel is kid-friendly. There is a special menu for kids meals, which includes basics like pasta and French fries. The adults always have fish and non-fish options for their meals. And ice cream or another dessert after lunch and dinner. The bruschetta is out of this world. Even though check-out was a few hours before our ferry, the hotel happily let us stay in the lounge area and our kids got to go to kids club, even after we had checked out. The provide a free shuttle to the beach and the port. The rooms were clean. The only surprise was that there were some mosquitos by the pool so bring some bug spray for the evenings. This hotel was amazingly affordable given the high quality staff and facilities.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente un massaggio alla spa, Enza é stata favolosa. Miny club carino sono stati molto gentili anche ad accogliere i cani, al nostro arrivo hanno regalato una bustina con delle sorpresine. Da migliorare i bagni delle camere e la spa. La cena molto buona e la colazione abbondante e con molta varietà

Se siete una famiglia con bambini piccoli e cercate un po’ di relax questo è assolutamente il posto giusto. Un hotel fatto per i bambini ma anche per i genitori, a partire dall’accesso in spa (ci sono due piscine coperte calde e un’altra scoperta temperatura ambiente) dove i bimbi hanno la libera entrata cosicché anche i genitori possono godersela senza farsi i turni da soli tra fuori e dentro. Il ristorante in mezza pensione offre la scelta tra 3 primi e 2/3 secondi con buffet di antipasto e dolce, tutto delizioso… Ma la cosa più eccezionale è che hanno una parte del menù dedicata ai bambini e se avete un bambino in fase di svezzamento classico vi offrono una varietà di frullati e pastine anche per lui fatta al momento con verdure fresche. La colazione è a buffet buona e abbondante. All’interno dell’hotel troverete anche un bar, un’ area giochi e una biberoneria in comune dove potete scaldare il latte o preparare la pappa del pranzo se come noi si sceglie di fare la mezza pensione. L’hotel si trova vicinissimo alla baia di San Francesco da poterci arrivare a piedi in 10 min, ma se c’è bisogno di raggiungere Forio (anche per chi arriva e parte dal porto di Forio) c’è un servizio navetta gratuito per i clienti dell’hotel, direi anche questo fondamentale per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli ma se volete prendere un autobus per raggiungere i vari stabilimenti termali c’è una fermata a pochi metri dall’ingresso. Per il resto abbiamo trovato pulizia, cortesia e qualità prezzo ottime. Ci torneremo volentieri e lo consigliamo vivamente!
