Wir reservierten 2 Zimmer : 1 Twin & 1 Triple. Lage : Sehr gut. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. Zimmerreinigung: Gut Klangbewertung: Verbesserungsbedarf Bett : Gut Wäscherei : Arm - für das Zwillingezimmer, Wasser aus dem Duschebereich leckte, wenn dusche. Beide Toiletten haben keinen Haken/Haken für Kleidung und es gibt keine Wandbefestigung in der Dusche Platz für unsere Shampoos, wir haben keine Wahl, sondern auf den kleinen Stuhl in der Toilette. Auch im Einzugsgebiet gibt es nicht viel Platz für die Anbringung von Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta. Frühstück: Eingeschlossen. Das Essen ist geräumig und es gibt mehr Vielfalt. Der Hammer und die Pandecken sind lecker.

I'll start with the positives so that the review doesn't sound too much like a rant, but if you check out the other negative reviews, you'll find this one much the same - I wish I'd read them more carefully before booking! The location is fantastic. It's close to the train station (though we managed to miss the entrance as it's on a side street and not noticeable, mainly as there were workers nearby improving the pavement). As you head southeast on Via Faenza, you'll find plenty of nice cafes and restaurants (try Rosalia Salad Gourmet for breakfast and L'Imperatore Ristorante Pizzeria for excellent pizza/pasta). The hotel is also close to popular attractions, such as the Statue of David at Accademia Gallery and Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. Even Ponte Vecchio is only 10-15 minutes walk. The reception staff were friendly enough and did allow us to check in early, something we hadn't expected. Sadly, that's where the good part ends. Our room was on the first floor opposite the main building, up a steep, narrow, poorly lit staircase. The room was quite large, with a sofa bed and two single beds that had been moved together to make up a double. However, it was very dated and in need of refurbishment: the walls were marked and chipped in various places, the shower door was damaged, and, worst of all, the air conditioning was useless - even on full blast, it did nothing to cool the room, not ideal when it was 40 degrees Celsius outside! We ended up leaving it on even while we were out to see if it would make a difference, but it didn't. The beds were also uncomfortable, and we slept poorly for all three nights of our stay (not helped by the aforementioned air conditioning issues either). The shower cubicle had also not been cleaned properly before our arrival, as we found used sachets of shower gel in the tray. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention that the shower emitted an irritating, high-pitched squeal whenever the water was running! Given that this was the most expensive hotel of our Italy trip (covering five cities), we left feeling very disappointed and only the great location did anything to improve our enjoyment. I'd suggest booking elsewhere.

Am Ende habe ich nicht erfolgreich eingecheckt. Es wurde gesagt, dass das Wasser gebrochen war und wir an einen anderen Ort gehen sollten. Keine Erfahrung, große Taschen in dieses Haus zu schleppen ist verblüfft, in dem Raum zu leben, der von der Terrasse umgebaut wurde, das schäbige Durcheinander. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre dieser Ort nicht so ehrlich.

Sconsigliato. Sono stato due notti con la mia ragazza, lo sottolineo in caso qualcuno (come noi( perdesse questa informazione, alquanto importante. Il bagno è in comune. Si tratta sostanzialmente di un appartamento condiviso con sconosciuti. Ci sono tre camere, ognuno ha la propria e c’è il bagno in condivisione fra tutti. Nessuno è lì presente. Zero personale a cui poter chiedere informazioni in caso di bisogno, (dovete chiamare, se va bene vi risponderanno!). Non abbiamo mai fatto colazione lì, perché letteralmente non si è capito come farla. Ci siamo trovati in difficoltà, in quanto non si ha alcun personale a cui poter chiedere. Ho comprato della candeggina per disinfettare il bagno. Pessimo. Per chiamata ribadisco se hanno tempo vi rispondono, però in quelle situazioni faticherete anche a porre una chiamata.

Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof über McDonald’s (Ausgang der Bahnhof von links). Das Hotel ist wieder eingerichtet, so dass man leicht verpassen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei, ein Doppelbett und ein niedriges Campingbett. Zimmer, die täglich zusammengestellt wurden, und Handtücher wurden häufig geändert. Wardrobe mit vielen Hängern, sicheres, komplimentäres Wasser im Kühlschrank. Ich fragte, ob wir eine Kehle haben könnten und das war kein Problem. Badezimmer ziemlich großes, Dusche mit Toiletten. Schön weißes, großes Badhandtücher. Große Lage für viele große Restaurants und nur wenige Minuten von Attraktionen entfernt. Zimmer sind ziemlich warm, aber es gibt Luftkon. Frühstück besteht aus Joghurt, frisches Obst, Brot, Croissants, geschrotet Eier und großartiger Kaffee. Das Hotelpersonal ist so hilfreich, sogar drucken unsere Tickets für eine unserer Reisen. Würde noch einmal dort bleiben, nächstes Mal aus dem Bahnhof von der linken!

Ein sehr geschmackvolles altes Hotel in einem alten Gebäude, aber die Innenausstattung ist sehr sorgfältig, es gibt viele dekorative Gemälde, es lohnt sich zu schätzen, das Frühstück ist in einem Raum mit Deckengemälden dekoriert, lecker. Die Zimmermöbel sind altmodisch und das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber und einfach zu bedienen. Wir waren für insgesamt 3 Nächte hier. Dies ist ein Hotel, das ich immer mehr mag. Es wird empfohlen zu bleiben und es ist großartig!

I loved this quirky old hotel. It is old fashioned in the best possible sense; very well situated close to the train station, the Duomo and the centre of Florence - so a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but are air conditioned, kept very clean, and everything works. Doubles are generous in size, single rooms are small. Breakfast is continental with cheese, ham, muesli, croissants, cake, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and detox water. Most importantly, the staff here were unfailingly courteous and helpful. They really could not do enough for us, from letting me borrow an adapter, to recommending excursions, booking taxis, and accommodating a late check out. There are trendier, more modern hotels in the area, but that is reflected in the price - you get what you pay for.

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, die Ausstattung etwas veraltet, das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt gut!

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich anständig, sauber und natürlich renoviert. Die Lage scheint zunächst nicht sehr schön, aber es ist so nah an das Zentrum und die Kathedrale, dass es nicht wichtig ist, dass der genaue Ort, an dem das Hotel liegt, nicht so schön ist. Sicherlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Zimmer war groß genug, das Zimmer roch und war feucht, und die Toilette über dem Bett war das Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Das Toilettengeräusch war deutlich zu hören. Das Frühstück war super und exquisit. Ctrip half bei der Reservierung eines Parkplatzes für 23 Euro. In der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, zu Fuß erreichbar.
