Pre-booked through ******* - arrived for the room to find teenager with toddler minding the desk and a security guard smoking up in his truck; charged extra fees (cash only) for damage deposit, shown into a "smoke free" room smelling heavily of **** that had a smashed ceiling fixture, holes in walls; refused room. Shown into another equally bad room which we refused. Requested payments back, which took negotiation with off-site manager and confirmation from the security guard that rooms were in poor shape. Repaid damage deposit and were told we had to get ******* to refund the booking. ******* said they would take care of this, but they got back days later to say the hotel had refused to refund the cost of the room. Won't book at Knight's Inn or use ******* again. Nasty doesn't begin to describe this place.
