Premier Inn Fleet

The bed was very comfy. The room and bathroom were clean too. The room does look rundown and needs updating. There was a smell of either cigarettes or damp in the hallways and downstairs by the lifts. The rooms need modernising. For the price of the room, you do expect better.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Hotel good and clean beds good breakfast good. Parking free for 4 days while we toured on bikes. Communication about 3 in a quad room was flawed when we had this commitment in writing. Shame about that as everything else was very good.

As both automated check in terminals were not working we were checked in by a real human being - which is no bad thing nowadays. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The a/c was quiet and efficient. The restaurant was less good, I placed an evening meal order and had to re-order twice more as the chef had informed the server that the selected items were no longer available. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, and we’d purchased it as part of a ‘meal deal’. We were surprised to have a knock on the door later asking if we’d paid for it!

This is our third stay at this Premier Inn and it’s basically the same as the others - what makes it stand out for us are the very friendly staff. This time Loki was on meet and greet and dinner service (on her own) and managed to be cheery and kind even while trying to do 2 jobs at once. Then she was back, with a smile on her face, next morning at breakfast. She and Max were super friendly and this makes it a very nice experience to stay here. Easy parking, standard P Inn rooms /food. Awful Wi-fi - how do they get away with this?

We had one night here as we were at a business conference. Free parking, enter your reg at the desk. Check in let the stay down, the girl on the desk spent an age trying to find our booking, while we scoured our emails for any further info, only for her to walk through to an office and find she could suddenly find the record. The room was the usual premier inn room, there was no hairdryer so glad I’d brought my own, the bed was comfortable and the room was at the end of a corridor so fairly quiet. We had pre booked breakfast before we left, the food was ok, but the girl cooking didn’t seem able to keep up with the demand.
