Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Fishkill, zusammen mit vielen anderen Hotels an einer starkbefahren Straße. Zur Innenstadt ist es zu Fuß zu weit zu laufen. Das Zimmer war ok und sauber. Das Frühstück amerikanisch, einschließlich Plastikgeschirr. Gute Restaurants lagen in nächster Umgebung.

This hotel was very accommodating and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed socializing in the lobby and breakfast area. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay and will definitely return again. This location was close to restaurants and shopping areas. Again, kudos to the staff!

We stayed here while visiting the Culinary Institute of America which is just s few miles up the road. Our stay was excellent. The front desk staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the space had adequate seating. If you are visiting any of the Hudson River attractions this would be a good choice.

On the plus side, this hotel is very clean, the front desk staff are professional, friendly, and patient, and the food service staff in the breakfast area do a good job. The bed was comfortable. However, we reserved a suite with a sofa bed and the only bedding provided was a torn comforter -- no pillows, no sheets or blankets. Thank goodness we had a sleeping bag for our 9 year old to use. The shower has a half partition instead of a full door and it needs to be wider because water shoots out all over the floor. We stayed 2 nights but did not receive housekeeping service, which we needed because there is only 1 small towel bar and no place to hang wet towels to dry. There is only 1 elevator, so the wait was often long. Hotel needs more luggage carts. We waited an hour in the lobby for a cart and never did get one because rude guests kept the carts instead of returning them promptly to the lobby. There is a significant amount of loud highway noise at night which kept waking us up.

Nick at the reception was extremely friendly. That’s the positive on this stay. Room was ok, shower very good but the air conditioning was extremely loud. As it was very hot during our stay we had to put it on unfortunately. Breakfast is a catastrophe! We stayed in a little of Holiday Inn express and that was the worst. 2 fridges with only 2 milk thermos and some cream cheese. That’s it. No yogourt, no eggs. No cinnamon rolls, no fruits. Furniture dirty. Well not a pleasant room at all

The customer service was atrocious. The first room we stayed in, the thermostat didn't work. We told the manager, he said the motor was the issue and didn't move us to another room. The second night, we had to stay in the same room for the purported reason that no other rooms were available. The third night, we were in a room with bright lights from the parking lot. The bright light was shining in our room and it was like daylight. The fourth night we got a different room. The manager refused to make any adjustment to our bill. Very rude.

Loudest hotel room guest noise I have ever heard. Hotel is clean but doors open and close every ten minutes and people stay up with music blaring past 130am and no phone to call the front desk to complain. I definitely will not stay here again and would rather make a long trip home when seeing family

The price was great and Chris at the desk was above and beyond helpful. Our room obviously was newly remodeled. Next time in town I definitely would stay at holiday Inn express. On and off I84 was easy and our meal at red line diner was outstanding
