"A magnificent estate combining guest rooms, a vineyard, a cheese dairy, and the production of dried meat. But… very disappointing. No welcome or explanation. An owner who had no desire to receive us and explained nothing. The few words he did speak were nothing but mockery and inappropriate remarks towards other guests. No information whatsoever about the estate or what it offered. Given the price, we would have expected a welcome drink (from the estate) and we were only offered a glass of water. The restaurant is very good but the menu is small, with only two choices of dishes, but the setting is magnificent. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired (cobwebs, dirty windows, etc.). The pool has a breathtaking view, but it is unheated. No parasols and the sun loungers are worn out. Breakfast is served inside (a shame, as the view is magnificent), while the owner cleans the windows and pathways with a hose during mealtimes. There are no locks on the bedroom doors (that's just how it is), and the night is filled with the sound of mice gnawing at the wood above the bed in the false ceiling. The owner didn't appreciate our refusal to sleep in a room with mice, and in the end, she gave us another room, not without enthusiasm. A simple "sorry, we'll look into it" would have sufficed. In short, we won't be going back."

"Hello, it was a magical destination especially because of the total change of scenery, the breathtaking view isolated from other accommodation, the lit garden, the private/heated swimming pool, the decoration, the barbecue available, the fireplace, air conditioning in all rooms. .. If the place wishes to improve further, here are our comments: implementation of waste sorting (all comers + paper + bottles + green waste), insufficient chimney sweeping (the chimney pushes back smoke), replace the refrigerator with a model without noise, no more dishes in the drawers because it is currently impossible to completely fill the dishwasher. However, very rapid intervention for the television decoder."

"Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gepflegte und wunderschöne Poolanlage, die zum Entspannen einlädt. Auch die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut. Es gibt jedoch einige Punkte mit Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Preise im Hotel sind insgesamt eher hoch. Am Abend wird ausschliesslich ein Menü angeboten. Wir hätten es sehr geschätzt, wenn alternativ auch eine kleinere Auswahl an Tapas oder à-la-carte-Gerichten verfügbar gewesen wäre, da das Menü für unseren Geschmack deutlich zu umfangreich war. Der Service war insgesamt genügend, konnte unsere Erwartungen jedoch nicht vollständig erfüllen. Auf den Zimmern fehlen ein Kühlschrank sowie eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir zudem, dass Poolhandtücher sowie die Padel-Ausrüstung nicht inklusive sind und zusätzlich bezahlt werden müssen. Die Padel-Miete mit 40 Euro pro Stunde für den Platz sowie 5 Euro pro Schläger erscheint uns ebenfalls eher teuer. Auch die Transfersituation war nicht optimal. Taxis für kurze Strecken waren nur schwer verfügbar. Der Hoteltransfer zum Flughafen ist erst ab 8.00 Uhr möglich und kostet 20 Euro. Für frühere Fahrten bleibt nur ein Taxi, das für die kurze Strecke rund 50 Euro kostet – das empfanden wir als unverhältnismässig teuer. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr schön und die Poolanlage ein echtes Highlight. Mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, mehr Flexibilität beim Abendessen und einigen Verbesserungen beim Service könnte der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer sein."
