There is furniture blocking the fire stairs leading from the Restaurant on the eighth floor . This was reported to staff in the morning, but they had failed to act by the evening. Otherwise this is a pleasant hotel and we have enjoyed our stay. I am reporting this here to encourage action on fire safety

After staying in a basic Riad in the medina of Marrrakech for 5 days, then a three day trip through the mountains and dessert, this was our final few nights, looking forward to a bit of luxury, a spa and a pool. We had booked a deluxe room with twin beds, but received an email to say this couldn't be confirmed until arrival. I emailed 3 times about this as a twin room was essential. Eventually received a response that we had a tein room. We had a gorgeous large clean room but no tea/coffee making facilities and oh my god, soooo noisy from the main road and other guests, we didn't sleep at all (despite me living on a noisy main road in the UK so used to it) but this was something else. Don't get rooms 401 to 405 for that reason. Lovely ambiance in the restaurant, breakfast OK, didn't use restaurant in the evening as seamed quite pricey. Went to use the pool on the roof, lovely seating area and views but no water in the pool! This could be a lovely modern hotel, so much effort put into the look and furnishings, but not guests expectations of a 5 star hotel. Really needs sound proofing. Thought it had a bar, but it doesn't. All the staff very nice, helpful and attentive. I would stay again as it was spotlessly clean and new, but would call to ensure I had a room away from the road.

This worked well for a one-night stay before a return flight, with an excellent restaurant (La Morille) next door. A well-equipped, comfortable room, and a lively bar (no alcohol) on the roof terrace. No time for breakfast given the early flight - slight worry when it transpired they'd forgotten about the transfer we had booked, but easy to get a taxi with minimal delay.

This was a lovely modern hotel outside the Medina. The ham man was great, breakfast was plentiful. The Wi-Fi was unusable despite going to the front desk. If you rely on Wi-Fi, you might choose elsewhere. Pretty centrally located.

Large Rooms. Bathroom well cleaned. Awesome rooftop to see the sunset. Great Hotel crew, always available to help with any problem. The food was really well tasted even during Ramadan. To come back, for sure.

The experience was amazing. We went on a business trip and the hotel staff supported us in many different ways. They even explained some of their traditions. During meals we had live music (even though I guess it was a bit too loud). They have an amazing rooftop and the room was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

What a great hotel experience. Not only were the facilities really nice, but the food they served was also delicious and the staff was beyond amazing. They even offered to get me medicine from the pharmacy because the nearest open one was a little far away. Wonderful experience overall. Would definitely go back again!

Quality accommodations, friendly staff, good location. Familiar menu but very well executed, timely and focused on details, thanks to young and personable chef Achraf, offering a lovely food experience, both in the dining room and rooftop garden with great view.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful for the price. However, be careful of the front desk workers. They may seem extremely friendly at first, but are there to take advantage of tourists’ cluelessness. We asked for a taxi to the Medina and the front desk (his name is Kamal) called us a taxi for 100DH. It seemed like a pretty normal price at first so we agreed to it. Little did we know, it shouldn’t take more than 15-20DH for that quick drive. We called a taxi on the way back for only 10DH. I don’t know if Kamal works with the taxi driver to take advantage of tourists, but 10x the normal price was absolutely unacceptable. What happened to putting your customers first in the service industry?
