Le Grand Alcazar - Riad

這是一家非常有味道的摩洛哥傳統酒店，非常精美、漂亮，讓人留戀。酒店雖然在老城內，但又離可以停車的街道很近，不用拖着行李走很遠，這一點有別於其他很多老城內的傳統酒店，不用負重前行。房間、床鋪都很乾凈衞生，床、被、枕頭都很舒服。早餐很好，內容豐富。可愛的小姐姐友好、熱情周到，我們到酒店，就給我們安排了薄荷茶和點心，非常美味。非常推薦這家酒店。

Amazing experience in such a beautiful Riad ! The architecture is just stunning and both buildings are magnificiently renovated. The breakfast and dinner were outsanding and rhe staff was very friendly ! I definitely recommend to stay here !

I came to Fès to experience its beauty, and I couldn’t have chosen a better Riad for my stay. From the warm welcome to the stunning traditional architecture and exceptional food, everything was flawless. It truly felt like stepping into a fairy tale from *One Thousand and One Nights*. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this stay so magical!

Highlight of our trip. This place was magical. Highly curated rooms/spaces, tremendous hospitality, and fabulous location. This is it! We were so fortunate to have spent 4 of our days in Morocco here. The staff is phenomenal. They were so warm and willing to make any recommendation, reservation, or help in any way. The building is spectacular and our room was spacious and luxurious. The roof top veranda is next level with incredible 360° views of Fes and nearby mountains. Loved the location as it was tucked a bit off the bustle of the nearby Medina, yet still a few minute walk to great shops and restaurants. The breakfasts they served were opulent and wonderful. We also enjoyed a dinner there as they had a great menu, and after being out all day it was a blessing to come “home” to a wonderfully prepared meal. Unparalleled hospitality combined with a truly beautiful space made thus a once-in-a-lifetime stay for us. Bravo!

Great Value. Beautiful place, large rooms. Great service, Youssef L. made reservations for dinner and helped us navigate the city. During our 10 Day stay in Morocco this was the best value and Moroccon experiece we had.

This was the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed at! The hosts were so attentive, warm, and welcoming. They greeted us every morning with an enormous breakfast spread, and offered to make reservations for us across the city. In the afternoon, they provided us with some fresh mint tea upon request. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fes!

Amazing welcoming and service. Omar and Othmane were very kind and helpful with us and we had wonderful time. This riad is very well located in the old Medina, everything was perfect, the food was just delicious and the staff was very attentive to all our needs. Can’t wait to get back there as soon as possible !

Last month we spent four glorious days in this spectacular Riad in Fez. Our visit was perfection! The photos do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we entered the Riad, the warmth and hospitality of the staff was unparalleled. All aspects of the Riad far exceeded our expectations - even after reading all the previous Trip Advisor reviews. Location - Perfect. Just a few steps to the taxi drop-off; and just a few steps to enter the medina. Food - Huge, lovely breakfasts; glorious delicious dinners. Room - Palatial and beautifully decorated especially the suites on the ground level. Assistance - with just an email a couple of weeks before our trip the staff were able to arrange our pick-up at the airport, and our guide for Fez. Staff - Super warm, kind, and helpful. Absolutely the best. It was wonderful to return each afternoon to the Riad after a day touring Fez. Tea, cookies, and welcoming smiles and conversation. Such wonderful staff. While we will remember the sites of Fez, it will be our time at the Riad that will stand out in our memories. It was truly sad to leave. It was like saying goodbye to family. Our four days at Le Grand Alcazar were the best days of our 2 week visit to Morocco.

A perfect location to experience Fez. The Riad is beautiful rich with beautiful wood, ceramic, and plaster trim. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Most outstanding is the staff, starting with Yousef, for whom nothing was unachievable. He even arranged for me to get medication when the pharmacy was closed. His positive attitude and that of everyone around him make our stay perfect. We will definitely recommend the riad to others and look forward to coming back ourselves!
