Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht ihren Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die marokkanische Gastfreundschaft kann man hier von der Ankunft an spüren und es gibt einen sehr schönen Innenhof in dem leckeres und preiswertes Frühstück und Abendessen serviert wird.

We stayed at the palais Shazam and spa for 3 days, when we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and safe by giving us a map and showing the best routes and places for us to visit. Lovely riad calm and good food! We where given a takeaway breakfast to take with us on our train journey to the next city. The location was great very central, but once you where in the riad it was quiet and peacefull. Highly recomend for any one visiting Fes!!

We did the hammam and massage today. 45 minutes of each. Great experience. Deep tissue massage and deep scrubbing. Hassan was a great host. Always attentive to our every need. We also had lunch and the pasta was fresh and reasonably priced. The Mojito was made with fresh mint and tonic

I had an amazing experience at Restaurant palais Shazam . The highlight of the night was the traditional Moroccan Tagine cooked in a tin over charcoal—rich, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The restaurant’s warm ambiance and attentive staff made the meal even more enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic Moroccan cuisine with a modern twist, this is the place to go.

the Palais Shazam has a fabulous restaurant! the flavors are great! the perfect service! I recommend especially the Tajines, simply delicious. The traditional Moroccan soup is another of the excellent bets in this space. A thank you to everyone who works at this palais. without a doubt a place to return to. final note: good price!

If you are visiting Fes, then this is the perfect place to stay. The location is great and very accessible with a parking spot available at your doorstep. It's also near the old Medina and very close to the famous Bab Boujloud. The place has a very unique charm, it's very quiet and the rooms are quite big and comfy. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner next to the pool or enjoy the nice breeze at the terrace or the rooftop which has a very romantic vibe with a cool view on the City of Fes. All in all this is a great value for the money and you will keep great memories of the authentic city of Fes and all what it has to offer. Me, my wife and our little daughter were enchanted and will definitely come back.

This riad is an amazing find in the heart of the Medina. It is beautifully decorated in a traditional style. The rooms are cleaned daily with bed & towel changes. It really is the perfect place to stay as it offers great hospitality, is meticulously clean & the pool is a must have in the very hot temperatures. The 2 Mohammeds running the riad are so welcoming & very knowledgable & will happily book trips for you without being in any way pushy. The breakfast is wonderful & sets you up for the day. If you love cats then this is a great place to visit as there are lots of them! All seem well looked after & fed, cats are a revered animal in Islam. We had a truly memorable holiday here & would recommend this place to friends & family.

The food was really good. Ambiance was excellent and the staff was super friendly. I tried their pepperoni pizza, and it was delicious. Loved the experience. Must visit place if you are visiting fez in Morocco
