Why did Wyndham put their brand on this location is beyond me. We got the hotel because it was close for her medical treatment. There was a reason the parking lot was empty .The day I checked in we were greeted by the super strong smell of bleach. The room looked nice until we sat down on the sofa and 4 roaches ran from under the sofa in the room. The bathroom had dead roaches smashed behind door. I requested a change of room. They gave me the room next to the original one. Should be a lot better until at night, went to the bathroom and more roaches. Becareful with the outside trash, the raccoons come up the stairs to look for food. One jumped out and attached my wife's foot!! We were done...went to checkout and the management said NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!!! WOW...We explained my wife medical condition and raccoon attack, and still they wouldn't refund part of it. . RABIES AND ROACHES ARE NOT WORTH THE STAY.

A good place for a few days of stay, the service is good, the rooms are also clean, I don't understand why they charge a fee of 75 dollars for smokers, but we don't smoke in the room.

This is a subpar hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel for a festival. Thought it was a hotel we had stayed in previously just by name. I should have looked at the reviews and site closer. Was very disappointed when we got there. Our room was down a dark hallway. The floor was tile and was damp all the time. Didn’t see any bugs and the room seemed to be clean. Thankfully we were out and about most of the time we were there. Attendant made copies of all 4 adults drivers licenses in order to stay. I have never had my drivers license copied to stay at a hotel- let alone every member of the party. When we left asked for the copies back-attendant refused and said they would shred them. Whole process felt sketchy. Breakfast required signing in and a special code put in by the attendant. With very minimal selection. We won’t be back.

This place was not clean, the drain in the shower didn't drain, and the water smells like mold when you shower. You don't even feel clean. The front desk was not very helpful my phone was broken, so I had to walk with my daughter all the way to the office from the 4th floor to get extra appliances. very unsatisfied

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was dirty, it smell terrible. The customer service was horrible, John the manager was terrible he was very unprofessional. We found cockroaches and bugs in our room. We gave them one star because it didn’t allow us to give them 0 stars. Would not recommend this horrible place to anyone.

The beds are super comfortable and don't squeeze. The rooms are always clean, well kept, and smell nice. Great water pressure. It's spacious and well laid out. I have stayed here many times and they always have the AC at a comfortable temperature when we get there. The staff is polite. I am over all very pleased with this establishment.

Ms.susan made my stay a night mare Would not check me in after the hotel took my money because my guest didn't have id.and she double charged my debit card 2 security deposits.. I still haven't received my money back

Worst stay in a while. Roach in the bathroom. Street noise was above what it should have been. Broken towel holder in the room. No WiFi. TV was statically with no service to watch any shows. The breakfast was okay. Would not stay at this hotel again. , the price was the only good thing about this stay.

There were roaches in the room and the batroom was dirty. Also, there were hairs in the bathtub., They change us to another room and it was the same story, we left. The manager refused to credit the nights that we did not stay because their cancellation policy, but I think that they did not provide what expected. They should implement a cleanliness and anti-roaches policy!!
