設施還不錯，但是服務跟不上，前台那小夥子二八五萬的是沒培訓就上崗，餐廳也不好吃，桌牌都是手寫的，菜單就是一張普通打印紙，服務細節真的很差。鳳慶那地方房卡紙殼上需要寫消費美元累積分嗎？沒有那麼國際化吧？反觀當地特色卻做得非常不好，守那麼大個茶園服務員沒有任何介紹推薦，酒店規劃了一大片，但是大部分都沒建成，附近挨着青龍橋和湖濱公園，但隔着國道，也不畫個斑馬線。
