It was clean and service was good.

Great place if you like quiet out of the city areas, great customer service, I really enjoy staying there especially with the prices.

I walked into this big spacious room that felt even bigger as the back wall had a floor to ceiling sliding glass door with a balcony. Simulated marble countertops everywhere. frid and microwave. It had that simulated wood floor that was really tile. But it was so clean I actually felt comfortable in my bare feet roaming around. I fell asleep in front of their 42 inch TV.

My friend, who was staying at the hotel, called me from their phone since his was broken. He left a message for me to call him back. When I asked the front desk for his room number, they refused, stating it was against their policy. They insisted I call him on his phone instead of forwarding the call. When I questioned why I couldn’t speak to him directly, the staff member became increasingly loud. Despite my calm inquiry about the raised voice, they denied they were yelling. N hung up

I wish I could share everything but, I knew this was a bad stay from the beginning. I asked to make sure I had an upper room as our last Choice Hotel stay we were placed in the dog rooms on the bottom floor. (we are allergic) was told to call the Wednesday before to make sure they could accommodate us. I asked for early check in on Friday and late checkout Sunday (the benefits of Gold Membership). Nope... The interior pictures shown on their website of lobby and rooms are BOLDFACE LIES,,, There is no seating in the lobby, no breakfast, snacks or coffee. The rooms have wood flooring, even the upstairs rooms which account for the traveller below us pounding on the walls simply because we walked in our room to take a shower and then, first time EVER in my travels a knock on the door from the manager at 9am that i need to walk softer... Seriously, who puts hardwood floors in a hotel except on the bottom floor for animals accidents? Needless to say, we finished out showers and left... WE WILL NEVER RETURN. Please look at the photos and ask yourself....Do I want to stay here?

Never again. This property is "tired", and the women at the desk tried to charge me $20 to check in an hour early. When I spoke to her making the reservation she said that she could accommodate the early check-in for me. She never mentioned the $20. She was not courteous, neither was the male who called me to see if I was going to check in later that day. I decided they could have my room cost and use the room themselves. Rude and ridiculous!

This place was HORRIFIC. Didn’t expect anything nice, but I hoped for clean and somewhere where sleep was possible. First of all, there were several LIVE bees I had to kill and a few dead ones in the tub. I should have taken photos of the bees, but I had a 15 hour day and was exhausted. I went to go use a towel and it was filled with spiders and dirty spots. Then when I went to do work in bed and the lights kept going off. DURING sleep the lights came on about 5 times making sleep impossible. I don’t know if they were motion censored and the insects set them off? There weren’t even fitted sheets on the bed…just a sheet laid out….I went to the office in the morning to ask for a later check out because the internet was spotty and I barely slept and I needed the time to do my work and no one was in the office and no one answered. I finally found someone and they said they would charge me for the late check out. I argued this due to the dirty nature of the room. Then they knocked on the room five minutes before time and the cleaning people came in. I had the key on the side table and they accused me of taking it, charging me an extra $20. A coworker of mine said they also had live bees, and ROACHES in their bed crawling on them and the workers accused them of losing the key charging them as well (very rudely). Please do not stay here. One of the grossest hotels I have ever seen.

Our stay was very disappointing. We booked here because it was close to a wedding venue that we were attending. The room was not clean, my childrens feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. The comforters had holes from cigarette burns and stains. We saw spiders inside the room. The walls looked very dirty as well. This was not worth the price they are charging. Beds were also very uncomfortable.

The rooms are in dire need of upgrading. There was a cigarette butt-hole in bedspread, curtains were sagging, mold around tub, a cover over light/fan in bathroom was missing & shower curtain rods were screwed in to wall crooked & were barely hanging on, towels were cheap & rough to the touch. The proprietors were very friendly & as we left asked if we had enjoyed our stay? We were polite in our reply but will stay elsewhere next time.
