The Best Western St Exupery Bordeaux Ouest is located at the crossroads of Eysines, Merignac and Le Haillan, next to Bordeaux. The hotel is perfectly situated and enables anybody to discover the Gironde. Built in 2018 and refurbished in 2022, our 3-star hotel has a modern design. The Bordeaux-Merignac airport inspired us to create a design which gives pride to aviation. Indeed, various pioneers have taken off from the Beaudesert plain, where the airport is still located.
All our bedrooms are spacious and perfectly soundproofed. They are adjustable in one bed of 160 centimeters, or two beds of 90 centimeters to choose from. You can enjoy a bedding of 180 centimeters in the comfort rooms on the second floor. All the rooms have reversible air-conditioning, a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi access, in-room bathroom, walk-in shower, and a hairdryer. Besides the welcome tray, a Nespresso® coffee machine is available in the rooms ‘’comfort’’ and ‘’superior’’. Four ‘’classical rooms’’ can be turned into family rooms for four people.
Enjoy your day at the Atlantic beaches or various famous vineyards which easily accessible to our Eysines hotel. If wanting to stay in lieu of dining out at one of the many local restaurants nearby, room service is available through the Vrai Bon card of jars. Offering good quality, convenience, and delicious food from famous chefs.
Our hotel offers a complete service for breakfast for a nominal fee. It is provided from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. during weekdays and from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the weekend. On the menu: hot and cold beverages, bread and pastries, variety of fruit and fruit salad, dairy products, cereal, scrambled eggs, and charcuterie. Other morning options include the Madeleine Bijou’s local pastry. When the weather is fine, breakfast can be served on the terrace, which is the ideal way to start the day.

The hotel is conveniently located at the terminus of the tram (less than a 10-minute walk) which willtake you to the city centre in about 40 minutes, just make sure you don't miss the last tram to get back. It also has a free parking which is closed at night. We had a room on the ground floor and apart from the noise of slamming doors by guests (even during the night) and from guests staying in the connecting room, it was quiet. The room was basic, it's a 3-star hotel, but more than OK for our stay. A small fridge would be a nice addition. The breakfast was really good with enough choice for everyone. All staff members were friendly and helpful, proposing their help before you would ask them anything. There is not much to do in the area, also no restaurants but with the tram or your car it should not be a problem. One tip: if you like madeleines, I encourage you to visit the shop "Bijou" which is super close to the hotel - they are really tasty!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I injured my foot a week before traveling to France. They were most accommodating, even bringing a shower chair to my room for me. The bed and pillows could not have been more comfortable. And having 24/7 access to small snacks is perfect when you are trying to adjust to a different time zone. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Found this hotel on *********** and it offered a very good deal incl on site parking. Had to return a EuroLease car after over 2 months in France - also reasonably close to Merignac airport in Bordeaux. Rooms and hotel themed on aviation and the hotel is spotlessly clean and staff most courteous. Given its location in a slightly commercial area it may not have been 1st choice, but what it made up for in room size and quality far outweighed location. S/ markets easily accessed within 1-2 km. Undergoing extensions so judging by the numbers coming and going - families, couples etc it is clearly somewhere that gets repeat business. Ideal for weekend breaks and / or business trips. Thanks to the lovely reception and support staff - nothing was a problem.

Très proche du centre-ville de Bordeaux, facilité d’accès. Hotel très propre. Personnel très sympathique. Hotel pourvus d’un parking privé. Pas de restaurant, mais il y en a à côté, endroit très agréable Seul point noir, et pourtant ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens à cet hôtel, ma collègue et moi avons eu des chambres rez-de-chaussée et beaucoup de bruit.

Situe en bord de rocade , Hotel sans bruit de route, grand parking fermé. Petite terrasse extérieure avec table et chaises. La literie est très confortable, la chambre est propre, le plateau de courtoisie appréciable. Situé à 15 mn du centre de Bx

L'hôtel est vraiment bien. La literie est confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et propre. Nous avons profité du petit-déjeuner, un buffet varié et complet (boissons chaudes, jus de fruits, yaourt, fruits, viennoiseries, céréales, petits gâteaux, oeufs, saucisses, etc). Un parking est disponible.

Excellente literie, propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, très calme, petit déjeuner copieux. Le parking est sécurisé et accessible avec un code. L’accueil est tout à fait cordial, le wifi efficace. Bref, je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Réservation effectuée en avance comme l'invite Best Western, et directement sur le site officiel afin comme il est mentionné de bénéficier des meilleurs tarifs, nous découvrons la veille du séjour un tarif révélant que nous avons payé plus de 30 % plus cher pour la même prestation. Contact pris avec l'hôtel : il s'agit de l'application d'une politique commerciale assumée, comme celle que l'on peut trouver notamment dans les secteurs du transport. Une position à connaitre dorénavant, bien que nous aurions été en attente d'une autre attitude de la part d'une structure hôtelière, secteur dans le lequel la relation est avec d'autres enseignes autrement plus humaine. Réserver en avance est une erreur, attendre de Best Western une relation sympathique illusoire.
