Name: Tera Davis Check In: 12/3/2023 Check Out: 12/5/2023 I usually love to stay at ****** hotels because the service and hotel is usually better than at a standard hotel. I come to Evansville to play and stay at Bally's because it's usually a fun experience. This particular time was awful, and I was treated horribly by the ****** security staff and the front desk (with the exception of Mrs. Bobbie who was really nice to me.) The first problem that I encountered was housekeeping knocking on my door at 8:50am on checkout day. She also came back at 9:50a.m. After checking out, I asked the hotel to store my big pink bag and the front desk clerk let me know that he would only make one exception for me because I have to be staying in the hotel in order to store my things. I informed him that I wanted to go play before I left, and I had just checked out. This makes no sense, the clerk knew I had checked out of the hotel (Room 305) a few minutes ago. He was very short with me. (I did not drive into the city this time; I caught the greyhound because I live in Tennessee.) By the way, I stayed on my room comps, so this proves that I play at the ******. He didn't care. My troubles didn't stop there, however. I come to this ****** to play for a long time since I'm from another state and don't get to come as much as I like. I play, then I take a break in the red chairs. I start back playing after 30 minutes. This time, the security at the front entrance of the ****** treated me like dirt. I walked up to him and stated, " Do I need to show my I.D. again since you've already seen it." He ignored me and wouldn't respond. The other officer came to my aid. I asked why is he ignoring me? The other officer stated, "I don't know." The other officer informed me that the guy's name was Chris Maddin. He still ignored me like I wasn't even standing there. I complained to the supervisor, Alex. Alex informed me that there was nothing he could do because Chris is over him. Alex stated he would inform the director who was in surveillance and didn't have time to deal with my complaint. Alex said, " I'm sorry you were treated that way, but there's nothing I can do, Chris is over me. The director will contact you. I gave Alex my name, Tera Davis. Of course, the director has no time to deal with me, so no one contacted me. Usually when casinos start struggling financially, the customer service goes downhill. I noticed that this ****** went from Tropicana to Bally's so maybe there are some cuts that's making employees unhappy. They treated me the worst. I won't come back to this particular one. They can keep the complimentary rooms and the free slot play. I prefer better service.
