Very uncourtious when it came to booking they moved my reservation without my consent

Location is wonderful. Walkaway around Lake Erie. Restaurant walleye entree wxcellent and desserts outstanding. Staff friendly and efficient. Loved the stay. All I can say is too short. Nearby shopping, Oyster Bar, and other attractions.

We absolutely love this hotel. Right on the water, such a beautiful area and view. Love the outdoor infinity pool. The front desk was so pleasant and helpful to every request. Room very clean and spacious. Love all the restaurants and bars within walking distance. Woody’s and Rum Runners were fun places to have a drink near the water with live music. The Sunset was breathtaking. Bars had great prices, too! $6.25 for a painkiller is unheard of nowadays. This was our 2nd stay here and we for sure will be coming back next time we are in the area. Thanks to hotel and staff for a wonderful stay!!!

Room was clean, quite and well appointed, it was nice to be with in walking distance of the convention center. Staff was friendly and efficient. I made use of the market, for a quick late night snack also, views are nice when the weather permits.

What an exceptional crew. From housekeeping, front desk to the restaurant and starbucks this team is on point. I stay weekly in Marriot properties but this one truly rose to the top from a customer service standpoint. Things happen and I can be picky. This team was able to provide a solution oriented "whatever it takes" approach to own any small issue and make it right. I can't wait to return and recommend anyone coming to Erie choose this property for a comfortable and kind place to stay. The food is pretty wonderful but the service is the win! Comfortable bed, clean and functional rooms.

Courteous, quick check in. I liked the additional security of having to use your room key to operate the elevator. Erie did a nice job of developing the Bayfront. I liked that there is a restaurant on site so after a day of travel I didn't have to then locate a place for dinner. As this was a mini vacation for us, we splurged on a junior suite. The Bayview from lying in bed was a great bonus. Rooms were quite spacious and blessedly quiet. I don't usually stay at Courtyard hotels but this checked every box and was a great experience!

Really great convention hotel with a huge lobby with a Bar and Restaurant in the middle of it and another bar and restaurant between the hotel lobby and the hotel parking deck. Nice water views from the rooms and from windows in the lobby and gym area. Room and bathroom pretty basic but nicely furnished and everything in clean mint condition and the bathroom is a good size with high shower head. Great towels and pillows and mattress! Hotel and restaurant staff really sweet. Lobby restaurant prices really good with a huge burger only $15. (See pic) and with sodas and sales tax only 19 bucks! One night I ordered fish and chips for $23 and it was absolutely perfect. Seating is Immediate and food brought out really fast . Lunch was also great. Breakfast in the morning is kind of illogical though, and the prices are steep. You buy everything from a Starbucks style kiosk so your juice is in a sealed bottle and coffee is by Starbucks and you take it to do the milk and sugar yourself, and you also are handed a buzzer for when your food is ready. Since coffee is hot and you have the juice and buzzer and your iPhone -etc- it’s a lot to carry; they should put it on a tray or scrap the buzzer and use first names. When your buzzer goes off, you go get your breakfast plated like airline food. See pic. The price was $23.00, which when compared to lunch and dinner seems expensive. It’s too fun a convention place to worry about the weird breakfast, and there’s a nice coffee machine set up in the room, so I just made my own coffee and waited until lunch and dinner to focus on eating. If you are a breakfast person be forewarned! There is outdoor open parking and parking in a parking deck, both convenient. There were loads of luggage carts by the front door and a lot of parking spaces for unloading. The access to the convention center is from the elevator to the second floor and very convenient. Last year we had the same convention here, but I stayed at the Sheraton across the causeway. They are the same company here but the courtyard by Marriott was so much nicer to stay at. If you have a choice for your convention, stay at the courtyard. Internet says you have to pay to park but we were issued free parking permits . I somehow lost mine or blew out of my car in the November lake Erie winds. I asked for a second free parking permit, and the staff didn’t question it and immediately gave me another one. The staff also allowed our Convention host to bring firewood and outdoor chairs and set up a bonfire at night along the riverfront in the hotels fire pit. On the lawn, we are allowed to set up two corn hole games. The catering and service in our convention meeting rooms was also perfect. I was there for four nights and sort of missed it as I checked out. Highly recommended.

I was hoping for a beautiful, comfortable night on my last night of a drive across the country. My initial room, 411, would have been perfect, I actually gasped as I walked in. But when I got there there were still cleaning supplies and the room unlocked. So I called and was given another room, 351, which was very loud from the A/C so much that I ended up taking medications and playing podcasts to get to sleep. Also the view was off a utility wall and ugly. The contrast made it so much worse. They did give me meal vouchers. It was good for traveling with my dog, nice grass and walking around. The breakfast was a big institutional but fine.
