環境：温泉設施很久，特別唐風館的更衣點跟舊，不衞生，感覺温泉池的水邋遢
服務：這家酒店沒服務可言，前台，後勤的職員全部一問三不知，對酒店設施，等指引不熟悉，去前台瞭解餐飲，停車服務全部回答：不清楚不知道，特別在酒店大堂的接待員很離譜，問他怎樣外出，是否需要掃碼或者車牌登記，居然告訴我們可以直接出去，不用收費，結果我們出去要收8元。在温泉服務更加差，問哪裡有自助餐，泰國館指引你去唐風館二樓，上到去，又説要去一樓前台結賬，總之就非常麻煩，那些館子根本沒有5國館，
網上所謂的服務好，真的要三思，600幾元一晚毫無服務價值，請貴酒店培訓一下員工，全部好像實習生一樣，由辦理入住開始都非常勞氣，後來出現了一位貌似經理小姐姐會説各種的不好意，和指引，總之非常不好的體驗！"
