"Die Lage war groß, auch die Lage war groß, aber das Zimmer riecht schlecht, ich bin sicher, es war das Teppich. Wände waren schmutzig. Der Badezimmerboden war grob. Hotel muss sich von der Teppichtappe entfernen oder es oft reinigen. Sie werden nicht wieder dort bleiben."

"Wir haben aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Scripps Encinitas Hospital für eine Patientoperation in diesem Hampton Inn geblieben. Dies funktionierte sehr gut für unsere 5:30 am Eincheck. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, modern und verfügt über ausgezeichnete Parkplätze im Freien Das erfreuliche Frühstück war gut und das Personal hat unsere Anfrage für eine späte Auscheckung eingewilligt, da die Operation und die Erholung für ein Familienmitglied länger als erwartet war. Wir hätten nicht mehr gefragt und werden zurückkommen, wenn die Notwendigkeit wieder aufsteigt."

"Check-in mit Jeff sehr einfach, aber nicht sehr persönlich. Ausstattung extra $15/day selbst wenn Sie nicht verwenden. Fitnesspool Internet Parkplatz Frühstücksbuffet. Keine Behinderung Parkplatz vor der Tür nur zurück (die weit vom Zimmer entfernt war) keine Hilfe mit Gepäck (nur Selbstbedienung schwere Push-Cars) fragte nicht, ob ich Hilfe wollte oder ob ich diese Einrichtungen nutzen würde.
Zimmer mit starken Chemikalien zum sauberen Zimmer geräuchert. (Könnte es schmecken).
Der Ausblick auf den Ozean mit Balkon wurde nur dann gesehen, wenn Sie nach links laufen und peerten.
Das Bett ist nicht das komfortableste. Ausfahrt Zimmertür würde bei Nacht sehr laut schlagen.
Wandern in der Fliesen Dusche Boden schütteln während Dusche und Dusche Kopf hatte sehr niedrigen Druck."

"Wie soll ich es sagen, der Preis ist günstig, aber ich kann wirklich nicht zwei Tage leben, ich wurde von einem Floh auf dem Bett gebissen und die Toilette war im ersten Zimmer verstopft...Die Rezeption sagte, dass nein? einer hat es repariert. Ein anderes Zimmer gewechselt, das Licht war kaputt ... für eine Nacht ausreichen ... das einzig gute, kostenlose Parkplätze, Frühstück?"

After your first visit, you will want to come back year after year..........look at the many reviews. Encinitas permit #RNTL-007074-2016.
The private 1 bedroom unit is very clean and has granite counter tops, fully tiled shower, landscaped private backyard, large dedicated parking spot right in-front, and Air Conditioning which is unusual for most rentals in the area.
Located in a quiet area it has a completely private backyard and entrance from the house it is attached to. It is only 2 blocks from famous Moonlight Beach, and 4 blocks old-town Encinitas. Encinitas is considered by many as one of the true gem beach areas in the county, providing many niche eating and shopping options.
Amenities include a queen sized bed, stone floor, and the entertainment system includes a 50 inch flat screen TV with access to see and record on DVR all local and standard cable channels, plus Netflix. Sit in your private backyard and have a meal the patio table.

Moonlight is one of the most popular beaches in North County San Diego, with facilities that include restrooms, showers, volleyball courts, fire pits, beach rentals , children’s playground, and even a great snack bar! If you want a more secluded beach, just walk about 100 yards north or south on the beach.
Walk into downtown Old Encinitas and eat at one of the many great restaurants or shop at the small unique shops.
The unit has complete set of dishes, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and wifi. Also has private washer and dryer. Drip coffee maker with filters.
There is no bath tub, so for small children, it may not be a great place.
We are dog-friendly. The unit is best suited for small to mid-size dogs.

No events or parties.
No smoking in unit or in backyard.
Quite time after 10pm, this is a quiet neighborhood

Just completed remodeling this 4 bedroom home with beautiful hardwood floor, granite counter tops, brand new stainless steal appliances and furniture. Outdoor kitchen with bull bbq, refrigerator and sink as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach! The first bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed. Walk to all. Beach in front, just walk over to the Beacon's Beach access and down the path to fun on the beach, surfing, and enjoying walks on the beach. Great restaurants, wine bar, sushi, mexican food and take outs are within a few blocks of this house.
Enjoy the fabulous surf and sounds of the ocean before you, as you sip your morning coffee, or evening wine or fun Margaritas with some great Mexican food. Many Restaurants close, eat in or take out, Italian, Seafood, lots of places to decide between. Dine on your private 180 degree ocean view deck, or enjoy a quiet dinner in the dining room at home. 'Wow!' is what new guests say as they enter the living room and experience the wide open ocean view before them. Open your sliding glass door and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes indoors or out, in peace and tranquility to the sounds of the waves.
The living room offers a huge inviting fireplace, to view & savor the sounds and sights before you; the waves, surfers, dolphins, cruise ships, fishing boats and all of the marine life as it flows before your eyes. Take long relaxing barefoot walks on the beach, or take a short stroll/jog to the local boutiques or restaurants. Boogie board, surf or just read a book as you relax and sunbathe! Watch (and record) your favorite tv shows on the big screen over the fireplace. For the kids, we have added Disney Plus to keep them busy while you BBQ Grill on your patio overlooking the ocean front.
Hike in Torrey Pines or why not take in a round of Golf at one the World Class Golf Resorts? Spend a day at Disneyland, it is only a little over an hour's drive away. Or take the kids to Legoland, only 10 minutes from the beach house. Take a short trip to San Diego and enjoy the World Famous San Diego Zoo. How about the Wild Animal Park for a picnic?
Explore the Cedros Design District, Del Mar Plaza or the great Carlsbad Company Stores for shopping nearby, and if you happen to be so lucky to be here in the spring, the famous Flower Fields of Carlsbad are spectacular! (After all we are the flower capital of the world!)
When the weather is cool, sit in front of your huge crackling fireplace while listening and watching the crashing surf before you!
You will never get a better night's rest when you let the sound of waves and scent of the ocean lull you into a most relaxing night of sleep. We are fully furnished with a full kitchen, full laundry, equipped for a quick get away or long unplug. Its a beautiful and rustic home sitting on a large lot, with orange, lemon, grapefruit trees and lots of space.
Bringing a four legged friend? No problem. Just know that with the size of the lot and rural surrounding properties, skunks, opossums and raccoons have been seen from time to time.

This serene property is a short walk to Beacons Beach and all of the renowned restaurants, breweries, and wineries along Coast Highway. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, this beach house is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or family beach vacation, and offers the best in home entertainment and outdoor enjoyment. This house has a secluded hot tub, a fire pit, hammock, and outside dining on the large backyard deck. It also includes family board games, bicycles, and ping pong/pool table.
The Space
A perfect relaxing beach retreat; the Townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 half bath. It is just a 0.6 mile walk to Beacon's Beach and 1.4 miles to Moonlight Beach. The front and backyard are perfect for families with a fully secure jacuzzi, and a turf front yard with a hammock (fully fenced). The home has been completely remodeled inside. Including AC!
The home includes one driveway parking spot along with ample street parking. In addition, there are 4 soft boogie boards, two beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a pop-up beach tent, a wagon, beach toys, beach towels, pack and play crib and a high chair. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach, or a family day at the house. The bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable mattresses and an extra blow up queen mattress and bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. If a 9th person wants to sleep on the couch, that is also an option. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted for our guests.
The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town, with modern splashes of luxury and tons of eclectic soul. The cliffs at Beacons Beach boast views of the entire coastline and the stairs that lead down to world class, Beacons Beach. The home is also just blocks away from several great places to eat or have a drink.
Further, it is a short walk to Coast Highway where you will find unique boutiques, phenomenal Mexican food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store, and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only open-air market. At night, enjoy home cooking in your beach close rental, or check out one of the local neighborhood restaurants such as Le Papagayo, a small eclectic restaurant offering amazing food, drinks and live entertainment. Or maybe you would enjoy Saint Archer, a brewery offering some of San Diego's finest brews.
Historic Coast Highway also just blocks away, is home to trendy restaurants, chic boutiques and art studios - great for walking around in the sunshine. The Old Coast Highway continues south through Old Encinitas, through the heart of our lost-in-time 'old downtown' - right past Swami's Beach. Legoland is only a 10 min drive (about 6 miles) and we are about a 30 min drive to Sea World and the San Diego International Airport. The San Diego Botanical Gardens are 2.5 miles away and is a very beautiful place to visit.
