I have lifetime Titanium Elite status with Marriott and I love the brand. This property, however, misses the mark in many ways. I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Each time I experienced some service issue, which was difficult to resolve. The issues themselves weren’t difficult, it was the lack of follow-up or sense of urgency. In addition, I encountered several rude associates. The people at the front desk seem to be very nice and friendly, but this doesn’t always translate to other people working in the hotel. My other concern which was never addressed, was the plain yogurt left out at room temperature every day for over a week. Each morning they put out plain yogurt at room temperature, and I noticed as the days went on, and the yogurt was depleted. It was never refreshed. Their breakfast period lasts for 3 1/2 hours yet the plain yogurt was reused each day. I noticed the diminishing amount each day and the curdling of the product. This should be addressed. Coffee, too, was very inconsistent. One morning the coffee was a tan color devoid of flavor. Other mornings, the coffee was bitter. Lastly, the mini quiche was offered every day without fail. This lack of variety gets old. I expect them to have scrambled eggs every day, but something should change on the hot side. 100% of the breakfast was the exact same day in and day out.
