Sleep Inn Regina East

The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating to all our queries and needs. The room was comfortable and quiet - the bed had a firm mattress and different sizes of pillows to suit varied likes. The included hot breakfast was delicious (and the cook very friendly) Coffee was available at all times. It was reasonably priced and parking was included. I enjoyed the pool too, and it was nice that the water slide had a separate pool to splashdown into - unfortunately the hot pool was unavailable. We would recommend the Sleep Inn to all

Very comfortable hotel with large rooms, comfortable bed and a separate seating area. They also had a large, clean pool and hot tub. The staff was extremely helpful...they offered to help us get tickets to the Roughriders game that night and get an Uber to get to town. It's on the very east end of Regina, so you need a car to get around. The only issue is the lack of restaurants around there. We made the mistake of eating at the Boston Pizza across the parking lot. It was awful!

This review is in regards to the pool. The hot tub was out of order which was a huge disappointment. The pool water was cold, turning it up a few degrees would really make a huge difference on customers stays. Waterslide was nice except the stairs were moldy. The area around the pool had moldy areas and hair. When this hotel was originally built, the pool was clean and had warm water. Really needs some attention in the pool area. I hope this hotel spends some money in the pool area as it has potential but needs some attention.

We were going home from our holidays. Pulling a camper. We were able to find parking. The location is great. Walking to Boston’s pizza and a shoppers next door. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Room was clean with lots of towels. Pool was clean. We had fun on the water slide. Front desk staff are very nice. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Breakfast was great and clean.

Stayed one night. Great location as you have a grocery store, Timmies and Pizza Place all next door. Quiet room and good Breakfast. Saskatchewan knows how to treat Tourists as we stayed in Yorkton one night and enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was out of order, average pool.

Quiet hotel and friendly staff. This hotel is not on a main road so it is very quiet (traffic noise). The front desk staff was very friendly and so was the lady who was working in the breakfast area. The room is modern and very clean. Had a great sleep. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Hot tub had dead skin floating around in it. Some of the base was brown instead of yellow from how dirty it was and the waterslide had dead bugs on the stairs. we all smelled like pee after from the water and it was extremely hard to shower the smell off. Most disrespectful and difficult staff. Extremely disgusted by the entire experience and staff.

Don’t stay here if you want to be acknowledged as a customer with respect. Terrible customer service PERIOD! Natalie is the GM and she was very condescending to me. ignorant and rude when I asked about the pet fee and taxes. I was mortified. It ended up I had to raise my voice to remind her I am the paying costumer and I appreciate to be treated with respect. The first room they put my family and in was FILTHY. It was so dirty I had to go back up to the front desk and ask for a new room. We had just drove 5 and half hours with an infant and I was so displeased. The second room was a bit better but still only surface cleaned. No coffee pots in the rooms. Heater blows cold air. Rocks for flooring in the pool room. Very hard on the little guys feet. Tge hot tub apparently is never working. The WIFI did NOT work once. I called front desk to inquire and they did nothing. They ran out of breakfast on Saturday. The hotel staff all around was not helpful or courteous or accommodating whatsoever. The bedding was ripped and the stuffing was coming out. The TV is tiny. Please, if you can stay somewhere else please do so and save yourself the complete and utter disrespect from the manager herself.

There were some really great things and some not so great. The staff to check us in were very friendly and very nice to my family. Overall the place looked nice. Lots of towels and the bathroom was clean. The not so great, pool was dirty and I informed front desk at check out there was gravel in the pool. Hot tub was gross with hair, we didn’t us it. Bed comforter was dirty. It was also nice to have options for tea or coffee in the evening. Breakfast selection was great and the staff member kept it clean and the food well stocked.
