Very nice place to stay

Roaches in room as soon as you walk in the door. Not clean. Would not recommend. They really need to actually clean the rooms and not just offer you another dirty room. I would like to talk to Management /corporate. Please contact me. The front desk agent acted like Roaches were a normal thing here.

Friendly staff very helpful Excellent service. Kudos to them. kitchen supplies made our day super easy we're able to cook our light meals to stay healthy even away from home. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Howard county, Arundel, or even DC.

If I could rate this establishment zero stars I would. For starters the hotel was nothing like it was advertised online. In addition to that my room was extremely unsanitary, and unclean. The floors were sticky, the walls had gunk, and residue, the toilet was not clean, there was blood on the shower curtain, and mold on the bottom of the bathroom door because the shower has previously been dripping/ not completely off. When I notified the hotel staff they were not accommodating at all, and the gentleman at the front desk was also rude. At no point was I offered another room, or was declined a refund, even after not staying. After checking out, and not staying then filing a complaint I STILL haven’t received a call back from the general manager at the location which is extremely unfortunate. I would not recommend this place to stay at all. Please do not waste your money or time.

I stayed here from July the 9th to July 18th. I took a Redeye Flight from the West Coast to Columbia. I was exhausted by the time I arrived around 8am the next morning. I was really hoping for an early check-in but was told that was not possible, so I slept on the Grassy Knoll nearby for four hours, just enough time to get sunburn to my Head. When my brother and I went in, I got a Tea and my brother coffee. We sat in the armchairs in the lobby until we were told we could no longer stay there. Even though, I booked two rooms for nine nights. When we finally got around to checking in, we found there was no room service. No Bathroom cleaning or anything like that. . I had to bring my sheets and towels and blankets down every few days. to have them replaced. My sister-in-law cut her foot and used a short towel to clean it. For that, they charged me $53 which I only found out later. Since when does a small towel cost $53? Then on that last day, I booked a room in their sister hotel for my sister-in-law. I wanted to cancel this reservation and after 20 to 25mins on the phone in the Lobby they were unable to get through. They said, don't worry your credit card will not be charged but it was charged the very next day. Their breakfast is nothing! just some Tea and Coffee and some Muesli. No Fruit or Hot Stuff!. The first day they could not provide me with a coffee maker and said they were out of coffee makers, so I gave up also on the Toaster. No, I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my clients at "The Pearl Spa" or Capgemini Engineerinng.

I stayed there for 2 nights and everything went well. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. You have to ask for dishes and utensils if you need them, I also got a toaster for the room. Would definitely return.

We stayed here for 4 nights while moving. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and quiet, and staff were accommodating. They have a laundry room on-site which was very convenient. The hotel is in a good location.

Despite pre-booking and paying for my room in advance through *******, my room was not held. I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late and a nasty female clerk snarled at me that she had no rooms available. When I told her that I had a pre-paid reservation, she angrily told me to get my money back where I booked the room. I contacted ******* to just cancel the room and refund me. It took over 30 minutes on the phone. When the ******* rep tried to contact the hotel, the woman refused to even speak with them and angrily hung up on her. I can't speak to the comfort or quality of this hotel's accommodations, as I never got to stay here. Based on the rude behavior of the staff, I can assure you that I will never stay at this hotel. 5/19/23
