We stayed here about two weeks ago. This was our first time here and to be honest we were a little hesitant because we have never seen real great reviews for a Comfort Suites hotel. This one in Elizabethtown, KY was really nice. The ladies who checked us in and out were so nice, friendly and helpful. I get very anxious about staying at hotels we haven't been to but they made us feel so welcome. The room was very nice and clean, and a good size too. The bathroom was clean also. The bed was clean and comfy. One thing we didn't like as with so many other hotels was the water pressure for the shower. It was not great for rinsing shampoo from the hair. Other than that we liked staying here and would stay here again. We would recommend trying this hotel if you are ever in this area.

Need a one-night stay on a road trip. Exactly as I had expected and anticipated; room was spotless; hotel was quiet; staff was very courteous; breakfast was great; convenient location. Couldn't ask for any better. Comfort Suites does not disappoint.

This hotel was booked for me by the company I work for. I was there for two weeks. The employees at the front desk, to include the assistant manager were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to ask multiple times to get linen changed because they hadn’t touched my room in over a week. There was mold growing in the air conditioner and they wouldn’t move me to another room or clean it even though I asked and provided the employee at the desk with photos of the mold. When it rained the window leaked, which is probably what caused the mold. I tried to post a video of the rain, but the site wouldn’t allow it. I went to the front desk to ask for change one day so I could do laundry and was told they don’t carry change. I got change elsewhere and went to do laundry just to find the washer didn’t work. The stairwells were disgusting, like they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in months. It was just a terrible experience all around.

Nice Stay. Large room. Blackout cutain showed some "greasy dirty spots" which was gross, but overall clean comfortable room. Bed and pillows gave us a good night rest from traveling through. Biscuits and gravy served at breakfast along with waffles and the typical free breakfasts found at a Comfort Suites.

Traveling I-65 on 12/23 when traffic stopped dead for 3 hours. Finally started crawling stop and go. By the time we got to Elizabethtown exit we had spent 5 hours going 20 miles. It was a big relief to settle in for the night at this hotel. The place was clean and comfortable. It would have been a five star experience except for…. Wife gets up to use bathroom at 4:00 AM… When she comes back to the bed I awake to her shriek. She snatched up a bedbug crawling across the sheet. Needless to say but we sealed our bed clothes in a plastic bag, showered and were out the door in less than 30 minutes. Left a note at front desk since no one answered the bell. So if you find yourself in room 401 beware.

It was a really good price. The rooms were very large and clean. Also it was really quiet and had a good night sleep. Plenty of places to eat close by. The bathroom was very large and the water pressure in the shower was pretty good. I have stayed here in the past and will stay here again

This hotel was booked for me on a business trip after a terrible stay nearby. This hotel was much cleaner. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious. I left early in the day and came in late, but everything seemed in order. I would stay here again if in the area.
