Very clean and friendly hotel

The room was clean, tv worked, fridge was cold, bed was hard, pillows were perfect for me but hubby likes bigger ones and the shower….what can I say…..it was nice and hot and the power behind it was great…came out hot and forcefully. I would stay here again just for the shower lol. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, eggs, biscuits, chicken strips and white gravy with very small pieces of scrambled sausage in it other then that it was the normal waffles and cereal, no bacon or ham or link sausage available. We slept good I guess…hubby says I snored all night even though my inspire was on and active. lol all in all yes we would definitely stay here again.

• Walking in to the hotel, we discovered that it was under renovation. Not a big deal. They had a nice coffee/tea station and a small sitting area with books in the lobby. We check in and get up to our room without incident. • Our room was clean, but it had an unpleasant odor and the bathroom door was too big for the frame and wouldn't close. It's our one year wedding anniversary, so we're trying to stay positive and have a good time. • We headed down to the pool, which was small but clean and heated. The hot tub didn't work, and there were no towels in the pool room. It's fine; we did a few laps. • Back to the room to sleep... except the bed was painfully hard with a threadbare blanket, and the AC sounded like a full blown thunderstorm was raging all night. We didn't get much sleep. • The next morning, I tried to get in a workout. The key card I had to ask for didn't work. I returned to the front desk to get it fixed and finally spent 10 minutes on the elliptical listening to a blaring TV playing an infomercial for a diet program. • Nevermind, I'm going to go get some breakfast. Honestly, the breakfast was amazing. I had a light, fluffy omelette with some perfectly seasoned potatoes and an orange juice.

On the first day I went to have breakfast,there wasn’t any do not disturb sign in the room, the room was cleaned my, and my items were missing. I spoke to front desk person and they looked at my like I was stupid and didn’t do anything about it.

Great coffee for breakfast, but currently under some much needed renovation. Renovation and updating the facility would make it much nicer. No one present at the desk many times when we were coming and going which didn't make it feel very safe. Entrance under renovation, floors were slippery with rain. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had necessary supplies.

Very nice rooms and pleasant employees and staff. Quick to check in and check out. Breakfast room was cleanb and well kept. Food was fresh and attended by staff. I will always stay there when I am in El Dorado.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever Been. The staff lady is great at front desk and the food in the morning also. GreAt place to hide from wife and kids , you know what I mean, gym and pool area is perfect

Quite and Friendly place to stay over. Friendly Staff and Good Breakfast !! And let’s not forget, HOMEY ..Highly Recommend if passing through. Ask for there menu of places to eat and yes, they have a KFC lol

Clean, friendly, comfortable! Breakfast was better than just continental, disappointed that the hot tub was out of service as this is why I chose this hotel. Overall, Great stay and would probably stay again!
