Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."

"Ich habe über Weihnachten 2023 im Tao übernachtet. Schöne Lage, nicht weit von der Hauptbucht und einigen örtlichen Bars und Restaurants. Der Supermarkt ist gleich neben der Tür, was sehr praktisch war. Die Apartments waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon, zwei Dachterrassen und eine Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Die Apartments hatten eine Waschmaschine und einen Ofen, was insgesamt überraschend war. Die Lage war ruhig. Wenn Sie die belebte Lage wollen, wählen Sie Correljo, das nur 6,30 € für Hin- und Rückfahrt kostet. Vom örtlichen Busbahnhof aus dauert es etwa eine Stunde, um dorthin zu gelangen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war kalt, aber ich kann mir das in den wärmeren Monaten vorstellen. Der Poolbereich könnte eine kleine Verjüngungskur vertragen, aber für den Preis war er großartig. … Wenn Sie nach einer ruhigen und preiswerten Reise suchen, ist das hier großartig. Würde ich wieder herkommen? Ja. … Das Wetter war schön, ein paar Tage bewölkt, aber warm, an einem Tag hat es den ganzen Tag geregnet, die anderen Tage war es glühend heiß, weit über 21 Grad. Das Fischrestaurant mit Blick auf den Hafen, das Essen war sehr gut, mit fantastischer Aussicht, der Service war ausgezeichnet, sehr zu empfehlen, direkt gegenüber vom Restaurant gibt es weitere Bars und Restaurants, die coole Cocktails, Biere und Essen servieren. Insgesamt kann ich einen Besuch sehr empfehlen … Ketan"

"Hier nun, Jet2 am Flughafen gab uns den Zugangscode und sogar unsere Zimmernummer. Nach einer Tour zu den Abgabestellen in Corralejo waren wir die einzigen im Bus nach Cotillo. Da wir vor 16 Uhr hier waren, war die Rezeption geöffnet, also gab es keine Probleme beim Selbst-Check-in. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und zeigte uns das Apartment und erklärte uns die Klimaanlage usw. Wir sind in Block C, dem nördlichen Ende mit einer nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse in Richtung Pool. Perfekt. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Induktionskochfeld, großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Schlafsofa, Tisch und Stühle usw. Die Terrasse ist zum Pool hin offen, eigener Tisch und Stühle, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Das Schlafzimmer hatte 2 bequeme Einzelbetten, einen Kleiderschrank und einen ausgezeichneten kostenlosen Safe. Strandtücher sind ebenfalls kostenlos und bei der Ankunft in Ihrem Apartment und werden vom Reinigungspersonal gewechselt. Das Badezimmer hatte eine große begehbare Dusche mit Seifen- und Shampoospendern. Es gibt keine Bar, kein Restaurant oder Unterhaltung, also perfekt für eine erholsame Pause. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe für die Anzahl der Apartments. 25–28 °C. Im Norden erreichen Sie nach einem kurzen Spaziergang Sandstrände mit ruhigen Lagunen. Im Süden gibt es riesige Sandstrände, die etwas wilder sind. Die Restaurants in der Nähe scheinen alle gut zu sein. Im Dorf gibt es mehr zur Auswahl. Supermarkt in der Nähe, 2 größere, etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, mit einer viel größeren Auswahl. Die Lebensmittelpreise können für viele Dinge hoch sein. 4 £ für 1 Avocado. Alkohol ist jedoch immer noch billig. Das Dorf scheint sehr sicher zu sein, ich habe weder Raufereien noch einen Polizisten gesehen. 5*****"

"Welcome to hell… Worst holiday ever! I work hard and look forward to my annual holiday. We have used Jet 2 Holidays many times but boy there has been nothing like this before. If you want to rest and relax, enjoy restaurants and like things to do, are coming on your own, as a couple or family; this is NOT the place for you…. It’s like a building site, woken by builders drilling doing piling works, electrics keeps going off, no places to eat out, looks like a wars zone, swimming pool freezing, it’s a dump! It’s only day 2 and looking forward to going home already!!! Do NOT come here."
