Lebensmittel war wunderbar ...Aber der Orange Juice ist 80%water und 20% Juice ....Wifi ist sehr langsam ...in 3 Tage wir fragten nur den zweiten Tag, um unser Zimmer zu machen ....Aber kommen Sie zurück bei 12.50 Es war nicht getan ....The Personal im Hotel war sehr nett .....und respektable ...."

"Getting a simple glass of water was a struggle – empty ice machines, a broken lobby cooler, and no clear answers from staff. Our room was dirty, with dusty furniture, filthy switches, stains, broken tiles, and a spring bed that hurt my back. The PlayStation room was unbearably hot with sticky controllers, and the pool area was dirty with cigarette butts and cups even in the water. The food was mostly good and the desserts excellent, but the TVs were outdated with many channels that didn’t actually work. The parking attendant deserves five stars for his kindness, but the reception staff showed no service or basic hospitality. Not recommended!"

Rooms & Property: Rooms are dated and show noticeable wear, but are fine for short stays. Public areas are bright, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and well organized. Service: Service was the biggest disappointment. No curbside assistance upon arrival and security made no effort to acknowledge or help. Check-in was unfriendly and disengaged. Our room wasn’t ready and luggage storage was handled poorly — bags were left in an open, unsecured room with no staff oversight. Front desk interactions remained unhelpful throughout our stay, lacking even basic courtesies. Overall: Good location and acceptable accommodations, but service did not meet expectations. Would not choose to stay here again."

"We arrived on Saturday at the Herods Boutique Hotel in Eilat, planning to spend the Shavuot holiday there and celebrate a family birthday. We hoped to begin the holiday in a calm, pleasant atmosphere – but instead, we were met with a frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately unnecessary experience. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, knowing that check-in would be completed by 6:00 PM. In reality, we stood, waited, asked questions, and only received our room at 9:00 PM. The explanation we were given? The previous guests simply didn’t vacate the room – as if that’s our problem, and not the hotel’s responsibility. And what did we do during those five hours? We wandered the streets with a baby just a few months old who couldn’t fall asleep – tired, restless, and above all, sleep-deprived. Our daughter had to sleep with her grandparents, and they – elderly people who came to enjoy themselves – found themselves spending the night in a tense, cramped, and unpleasant situation. As for us, we just felt lost. And when we finally got the room? We discovered it was unclean – leftovers of rice, sunflower seed shells, cigarette butts on the balcony. Instead of a moment of relief – it was just another slap in the face. The staff was polite, but in practice, we received no real help, no solution, and no compensation. It felt like we were just left to deal with it on our own – on a night that was supposed to be the festive start to a special vacation. We arrived in good spirits, ready to celebrate – and left deeply disappointed. This is not how one expects to begin a vacation at a hotel that’s considered luxurious. What a shame. Truly a shame."

Besonderes Dank für einen Kerl, der mein Zimmer auf Shabbat gereinigt und das Bett gemacht-Sie sind wunderschön an einen guten Job machen,cuddos!!!! "Wir suchten ein günstiges Hotel, wo wir eine Nacht schlafen können und wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben, vor allem wegen des günstigen Preises, aber auch weil es Teil der Brown Hotelkette ist. Das einzige, was positiv war - die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Alles andere war schlecht - die Reinigung war nicht gut, wir baten um 2 Einzelbetten und hatten einen, es gab nur ein Handtuch für die Dusche, die Einstellung des Empfängers war scheußlich (Er schrie uns wirklich, als wir gefragt haben, was über ein zusätzliches Bett zu überprüfen), das Frühstück ist vernünftig (wenn Sie den Hund ignorieren, der dort zu ihm für seine Freude ging). Das ist mein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel und es war der Übergang zur Brown Hotelkette, die das Niveau gesenkt. Nicht empfohlen "

A surprise experience We did not know that in this hotel, dogs can be included in the rooms.After changing two rooms because of lowd barking of dogs near the rooms, We got a beautiful room after a good service of the lady in the reception.The rooms are big.coffe machine in the room.Bathroom big.The highlight is the kitchen led by the smiling chef Charlie Haim.food is amazing the diversity of plates.The food is served with smille. The buffet in the morning is a masterpiece. There is also a little pool in the hotel.recommend this hotel . The price .is very fair "

"Das Royal Beach Hotel ist schön und luxuriös. Hotel und Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir eine Telefonanrufe aus dem Hotel und sie fragten mich über unsere Präferenzen und erfüllten sie alle. Das Zimmer war spotless, mit hochend ausgestatteten Bad, weiche Handtücher, Kleider, Kaffeemaschine und komplimentäres Wasser alles, was Sie von einem fünf-Sterne-Stadt erwartet hätten. Der Pool war sauber, gut verwaltet und geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zum Strand und zur Promenade. Frühstück war sehr gut. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass Parkplätze nicht verfügbar und es gab keine Transparenz hinsichtlich der Parkverfügbarkeit. Es gibt eine sehr grobe Person, die für den Parkplatz verantwortlich ist, die den Gästen sagt, dass der Parkplatz jetzt nicht verfügbar ist. Sie können die reale Situation dort nicht sehen. Ich denke, dass ein ehrenwertes Hotel dieses Verhalten mit den Gästen nicht zulassen kann. Mit Ausnahme dieser Parkplatzfrage war alles perfekt."
