"We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked only the second day to make our room....but coming back at 12.50 it was not done....the personal at the hotel was very nice.....and respectable...."

"The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s location. It’s right smack in the middle of the lagoon—moments from the boardwalk and minutes to the malls. Otherwise, the place is a dump. A renovation isn’t good enough. The place should be razed. They still have linoleum flooring and everything just feels old and shabby. The staff weren’t particularly nice. They didn’t greet with a smile. The food had a nice selection in the morning and evening but the dishes were filthy. There was food or lipstick on cups. You name it and we saw it. I complained to the dining room supervisor and nothing improved. They didn’t even provide conditioner in the shower. They had shampoo and shower gel in soap dispensers on the wall. If you decide to stay, you’ll know what you’re getting into."

Special thanks to Hadas for making us feel welcome from the very first moment, Maria for her outstanding evening service, and Igal for taking such great care of us every morning. Their kindness and professionalism turned what was supposed to be a short visit into a much longer and more enjoyable stay. We originally came to Eilat for location scouting for an upcoming television production, and the hotel turned out to be the perfect base for our work. Thanks to the warm hospitality, we happily extended our visit from one night to two nights and three days. Room 9514 will always be a memorable part of this experience. As a survivor of five strokes, accessibility, comfort, and convenience are essential for me. I'm happy to say this hotel delivered on all three. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially appreciated was the convenience store inside the hotel, open into the evening. Having easy access to snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials without needing to drive around Eilat made a real difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's attractions. It's a great choice for families, and I would also recommend it to film and television crews using Eilat as a shooting location (having a car is definitely helpful). "Verbrachte ein paar Tage mit meiner Frau und Kindern in diesem Guesthouse. Die Leitung beschloss, ~200 Kinder (Alter 10-15 Jahre) von einer Fußballliga zu ermöglichen, ohne ihre Eltern im Gasthaus zu bleiben. Man kann sich vorstellen, was mit dem sogenannten Hotel passiert ist: Lärm, Fluch vor allen Gästen, Schlaflosen Nächten, ein Mist im Speisesaal, ein Fiasko im Pool, Polizeieinbeziehung usw. Meine Kinder hatten Angst, aus unserem Zimmer zu kommen. Wie bereits erwähnt, war es eine schlechte Entscheidung für die Verwaltung (und sie erkennen, dass es) dieses Hotel zu einem Gasthaus zu machen. Was die Reinigung des Zimmers betrifft: Am 2. Tag war das Zimmer "reinigt", aber sie vergessen, Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo anzubringen. Nur nachdem sie zweimal die Hausaufbewahrung angerufen haben (Ich nehme an, 5 Stunden reichen nicht aus, um Handtücher zu bringen) - sie kamen. Am dritten Tag - sie haben unser Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt. Als ich darüber beschwert habe - wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Zimmer schon gereinigt war. Ich habe sie ins Zimmer eingeladen, um zu sehen, dass es nicht gereinigt wurde. Unglaublich. Nullbewusstsein für die Kundenzufriedenheit. Food: Frühstück ist gut, Mittagessen und Abendessen sind vernünftig (aber wiederholen). So - tun Sie sich einen Gefallen: spenden Sie nicht Ihr Geld auf dieses Haus. Es gibt viele große Hotels in Eilat mit dem gleichen Preis wie dieses Haus. Zusammenfassend: Als ich mich über das Fiasko mit den Fußball-Kindern beschwert habe, die Hotelreaktion, die ich nur einen Tag erlitten hatte, so werden sie mir einen 30% Rabatt auf die erste Nacht meines nächsten Urlaubs schicken. Wie ich es jemals verwenden werde ... Es ist immer eine letzte Zeit !!!"

"Lovely small hotel with a lot of personal attention. Since there were not many rooms in the hotel we got friendly with the entire staff. My wife is disabled and we got a larger room with the special facilities for disabled. I would suggest expanding the breakfast a bit, I think that would be make the hotel perfect."

"Pros: Spaß 1 Meter tiefer Pool für Kinder neben dem Babypool. schöner Blick und Lage. schönes Hotel. Sie renovierten gerade die Lobby Sofa-Bereich. gutes Essen. Kons: das Spielzimmer für Kinder ist nicht groß. es schließt auch um 6 Uhr. und der Pool um 5 Uhr. so verstehe ich nicht, warum sie nicht verstehen, dass das Kinderzimmer am nützlichsten wäre, nachdem der Pool geschlossen ist. und nicht, dass sie öffnen und schließen zugleich. Ich mag auch die super lauten Live-Shows in der Lobby nicht jeden Abend, was eigentlich bedeutet, dass Sie nicht dort sitzen können oder im Lobby Restaurant Coz es tut Ihre Ohren weh und Sie müssen an die Person neben Ihnen schreien. Ich habe dieses Phänomen auch in anderen israelischen Hotels erlebt und ich kann es nicht. Sie verpassen den Punkt der Hintergrundmusik. Es gab Kinderaktivitäten am Abend in einer der Hallen, aber der Kerl hatte wieder einen Kleinen und es war so laut, dass man nicht mehr da sein konnte, obwohl es nur wenige Kinder waren und er direkt neben ihnen war."

"U Magic Palace is located in a central place in Eilat. We travel to Eilat at least twice a year, but that was our first stay at this hotel. The reception was efficient and welcoming, especially Ismeralda, who was great. The rooms were quite comfortabl, nothing overly fancy, but definitely pleasant and cozy enough. Breakfast wad absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. I also must mention Shay, who is in charge of the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, the U Magic Palace offered a lovely experience, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Eilat."
