Comfort Inn & Suites Voorhees-Mt Laurel I'm very disappointed in the condition of my room. The room seemed stuffy with the smell of mold. Later for me to find mold along the bottom of the bed frame .. Alongside that they room obviously was not cleaned . There was a random clear disposable fork with left over residual food on it left at the top of the microwave . A black spoon under the night stand on the left side of the bed "where the mold was seen.". We pulled out the sofa bed and there was what looked like a MOUSE DROPPINGS In the sheets . The shower head also had a molding looking growth on it including scale and lime build up. The "mini fridge" didn't work. I'm surprised Booking dot com. Actually advertise this place . It was disgusting . I will be sharing my review everywhere I can.. I definitely wish for my money back . My family was uncomfortable and we could only stay in the room for 4 hours . We made the decision to drive all the way home !!

Overall very disappointed. Room was dirty - tissues on the floor by the bed and on the bathroom floor. There was a box of ice cream popsicles left in the frig from someone else - leaked all over the bottom of the frig. Ice machines did not work on 3rd and 4th floor. And, breakfast was ok if you ate a waffle or bagel - eggs with cold and the sign said sausage at 8:30 but they never brought it out. Tried to speak with the desk attendant in the morning when we left, but she was more concerned with her phone and calling someone.

AVOID AT ALL COST - Cigarette Stained Sheets We booked two non-smoking rooms for us while we were in Jersey attending our grandmother's funeral. One of the rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. And after waking up in the morning we discovered that the underside of the comforter was covered in cigarette burns. So they either didn't change the sheets or purposely hid the holes. After speaking with the manager on duty we were told that they would service our rooms and replace the comforter, and that she PERSONALLY would go look and check on it. That did not happen. After returning back that night nothing in our room was cleaned and we still had the same filthy comforter was on my bed. After speaking again to the manager the next morning that the same cigarette stain comforter was on the bed. I had to come down that night and change it myself. The only response I got back was "OK" and then silence . Terrible hotel experience. Would avoid at all cost. And their breakfast was mid.

The common area as well as my room were filthy, the elevator had debris all over the floor and my sneakers were sticking to the floor like there was glue on it. I paid my incidental fee in cash and while checking out I got the impression the gentleman behind the desk was rude and reluctant to return my cash. Not sure if a family owns this place but the common area chairs in the lobby were taking up by many people of all ages all day by people who knew the man behind the front desk and were present during my entire stay. Maybe they live there, unsure. A horrible experience for sure would love a full refund for my stay as clearly the reviews on their website are incorrect. Do better people.

Don’t waste your money! Considering this hire was in the business part of Voorhees, it was a terrible disappointment. The front desk staff wore sweat pants and weren’t welcoming at all. It was terribly fifty and very run down! The room had no ironing board, holes in the closet where the ironing board was suppose to be, the bathroom door had no hooks for your towels and door handle was damaged, the base of the toilet was discussing. Elevators were worse! Where you had your breakfast, there was a mouse trap on the floor by the waffle machine, no breakfast cleaning staff, tables were disgusting, the fruit they served wasn’t fresh (days old, wilted), the eggs and sausage had seen better days, maybe weeks! No fresh cream for your coffee - powder stuff! Comfort Inn should remove their name from this chain!

We had to book this hotel last minute and I should have read more reviews. We got checked in and into our room on a Saturday evening. Got settled in I went to pull the pull out couch out for the kids and it was disgusting. Stained mattress and sheets. Garbage under it and a necklace still on the bed. The gentleman at the front desk moved us to the room next door which was different than our original room. There was 6 of us. My daughter ended sleeping on the floor. He said they would clean the original room in the morning. I asked when the manager would be in and he said the next day. The next day ( Sunday) went down to ask and she was not in that day. We got switched back into our original room and it was cleaned besides the muddy feet prints out of the shower and on the floor. Monday I was out getting my car fixed so I called the hotel to see how long the manger would be there. The first guy answered said hello I told him why I was calling and he set the phone down another guy came on the phone said hello and I explained everything again then he set the phone down and the manger got on but answering it saying hello so I explained the situation again and told her how inconvenient it was I had to pack and move rooms twice and my kids were not enjoying this stay. She told me all she could do for me was take $40 off my room since I slept in another room. I had asked her for a higher up manager or someone else to talk to she said she would have to talk to them. I asked her to call me back by the end of the night which she agreed to do to let me know what was going on. She never called. I went to check out on Tuesday and she was there. I asked her why she never called me back she said she wasn’t at the hotel and they could only give me $40 off. This is the worst customer service and stay I have ever experienced at a hotel. Barely an apology for everything that had happened. The pool area is disgusting. Cracked windows, hole in the door that leads to outside, hot tub was down, tiles loose on the floor, bandaid on the wall, just the water looks gross. My room had an ice bucket but couldn’t find any working ice machines. Had coffee and cups in my room but no coffee pot. No fans in either of the rooms for the bathroom worked. My room had a cracked shower. The room we got switched into the toilet seat was too small for it. Breakfast was not set up good at all. Didn’t have any plates the second day. Third day only had super small plates. No utensils to grab the eggs and sausage. Mouse trap in plain site under the food. Don’t forgot the nasty smell on the third floor of the hotel. The staff could definitely be more friendly and professional.

Just read the reviews before you decide and please listen carefully. **Sketchy people which I believe are housed/live in this hotel. We had to switch rooms not because of the smoke smell in non-smoking room but because of the dirty sheets, dirty towels with someone’s ***** hairs on it (not just one random towel) . My kid broke out in hives from just sitting on the bed. We were switched to a different room which was barely better. Day 2 we had to switch rooms again. Never ever again. **Side note we are here for a girls softball tournament and had no say in picking this hotel.

If I could have rated it a negative number, I would have. It looks like a crack hotel. Furniture is piled up all over lobby, in closets and hallways. Pool is out of service Elevator is out of service It smells and it’s dirty. The back door or broken so it can be propped open- no security It’s disgusting

We drove 17 hours for this vacation to arrive at a place under construction! We drove up and the windows were covered in plastic tarps. My kids were like oh no! We get inside it’s completely dark, they have no lights on in the lobby or halls. The elevator has a sign that says occupancy 2. Their is no continental breakfast, the lobby is empty. No ice machines. The rooms and halls wreak of paint. This place should not be allowed to rent rooms until the remodel is complete.
