"Booked our room a week in advance. Called the day of our travel to confirm our stay, receptionist confirmed. We show up at 7:30pm, only to be told our room had been overbooked and we were without a place to stay. With no internet or cell phone service, we were given a 1-800 to call to book a refund. Had to book a last minute room elsewhere. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU OWN A TIMESHARE HERE."

"Beautiful location, on the south shore of Otter's Pond, about a five-minute drive from Eastsound and a three-minute drive to Moran State Park. The facility is newish, well maintained, comfortable. Our room on the ground floor was small but lovely, the double bed adequate. Bath was a claw foot tub with a functional shower that looked European in design. The hostess, Amanda, was welcoming, helpful, and a talented chef, who prepared delicious breakfasts. We especially appreciated her ability to identify the numerous birds that flocked to the feeders on the back deck. I hope we can return again "
