Super friendly check in with Chantelle. I had managed to book another room for the next day by accident but thankfully Chantelle told me so I could amend my booking. Tracy the manager really has the best staff members here. Always so friendly and helpful. We would never stay anywhere else whilst visiting East Kilbride. Thanks again x

We stayed at Premier Inn during our trip, which included sightseeing around Glasgow and exploring the Highlands. It was the perfect base for both! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. A special shoutout to Tracey at reception – she was amazing! She went above and beyond by providing my girlfriend with an iron and helping us extend our trip at a great deal. The customer service here is top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with a Harvester restaurant right outside where we had delicious and affordable breakfasts. It cost us just £150 for three days, which was incredible value for the quality of our stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore Glasgow city centre (a short drive away), and there are plenty of nearby food options like McDonald’s and KFC if you want something quick. If you’re planning to visit Glasgow or the Highlands, I’d highly recommend staying here. Amazing staff, great amenities, and a fantastic location for both city and countryside adventures!

Fantastic welcoming staff, Tracey was extremely helpful. The rooms were compatible to our needs, parking is right at the front door making accessibility easy. The rooms are clean, plenty of space! The Harvester is a couple of yards away. Breakfast can be two slices of toast to the full Scottish - appreciated the versatility of the menu (and the cost). We will be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Premier Inn! It was incredibly comfortable and affordable, costing us just £150 for a 3-night stay, which is such a great deal. The convenience of having a Harvester literally steps away was perfect for grabbing breakfast, and the food there was excellent. A huge shoutout to Tracy at reception—she truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us so warmly and went out of her way to help with everything we needed. We ended up needing to extend our stay by an extra day, and she managed it effortlessly while allowing us to keep the same room. If you’re lucky enough to meet Tracy, she’ll brighten your day for sure! All the staff were extremely accommodating, even helping us out with an iron and ironing board when needed. The beds were super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep every time. Overall, an amazing experience! Thanks to all the team members who made our stay so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be returning!

After just being married at Gretna Green, this was a perfect stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfy. We’d been on the road for a week and hadn’t really slept (at all). This stay was the only time we slept and it was well needed. Train station just down the road, so we could have a day in Glasgow. Shops and eateries very nearby, which was great. We’d definitely recommend, 100%. 5 stars for a great hotel. *****

The beds were very comfortable and the lovely staff made us feel very welcome and so very helpful with all needed requirements especially helpful with accessibility requirements. Also very helpful with any other needs such as restocking the towels or refreshments and easily available for help.
