We were built in 2017 and offer 85 rooms, each equipped with a full kitchen. This newly constructed hotel has four floors is located close to many destinations. We offer ADA accessible rooms and large suites. The hotel houses a cupboard where complimentary coffee is offered and guests may purchase snacks. Whether it’s a business trip, weekend getaway, or a reunion, we are here for your every need. We are 100% smoke free.The hotel is located right off of Route 30 and very close to many attractions. We are situated outside of Lancaster City. Guests will find many farmers markets and country charm throughout their stay in the area. Lancaster County has many different types of fairs, shows, and events going on all year long, please feel free to ask our front desk staff for local and current suggestions. We are also close to many large businesses. Some of the major businesses include Armstrong and Lift, located less than two miles away. This so-called hotel does not like guests booking through ***********. The check-in staff accused *********** of false advertising when I complained about being asked to cough up a $75 per pet fee. So, they charged me $99 plus tax, and for each of my two pets they charged me another $75. I ended up paying $260 for my $99 dollar room. And it was filthy. There was a huge hole in one of the bathroom walls. The floor in the shower stall was so gross that I didn't even take a shower because I was afraid I might catch a fungus. The walls in the room were filthy, as was the kitchen floor. I know this because I accidently spilled some water and dried it off with a white towel which turned black. There is also no security at this hotel. The back entrance closest to my room was faulty as it didn't open with the room key. What did they do? They placed a rock between the door and the frame to keep the door open! Single women beware. Had I not traveled with my GSD, I would have been even more ticked off than I already was. Overall, a nasty experience which I do not wish to repeat. BTW, and this to all hotels. You can do better by people traveling with pets. I am done with filthy rooms with holes in walls and doors just because I am a responsible pet owner who takes her dog/cat with her.

DO NOT STAY HERE - you may not have a room even after you pre-pay for your RESERVATION. I had a reservation for for 3 nights in Oct 2024. My flight to Harrisburg was delayed by 7 hours due to multiple mechanical plane failures, switching planes and then my flight was routed to Philadelphia due to bad weather in Harrisburg. Then, I had to take a rideshare from Philly at 6am because the airline would not fly back to Harrisburg. I called the hotel at 3 am to make sure they understood I would be late - but no answer. I pre-paid my reservation and called 2 weeks before my stay to make sure everything was fine. When I arrived at 8:00am after being 7 hours late due to all the above problems, I was told THEY GAVE AWAY MY ROOM. They overbooked the hotel and gave my room to someone else. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND saying that since I checked in late it was my fault. I was furious. This was clearly the hotel trying to make twice the amount of money off of the same room. And then to refuse to find me another room AND take my money is infuriating. Management could not care less and refused to call me or issue a refund. They could not have cared less that I arrived completely exhausted only to find that they screwed me over 2 times by taking my money and then refusing to give me a room. DO NOT STAY HERE - you're much better off anywhere else in the greater Lancaster area.

We stayed there for 3 nights. We did not expect much since it was quite inexpensive. Checkin was fairly easy, even though at first he couldn't find my prepaid reservation. Such a great staff at the front desk, every day, smiling and friendly! Now the room was so nice when we walked in, a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, little stove and pretty cabinetry. The bed was super comfortable, I slept so good! The shower had great pressure and hot. And the recliner chair was a nice touch!! Location was really convenient to everything we were doing. Our pup loved it too!! Great pet store right next door. Pool looked nice although we didn't have time to use it. Was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

Best hotel in lancaster , my suites was clean and organized, kitchen was full equipped . Housekeepers do their best to go above and beyond always smile Check in process was easy , parking lot was clean , area are super quite and safe , It's pet friendly hotel too

The room was very clean team was very helpful and the Facility was well kept .the snack room was well stocked and had a good variety of snacks would recommend for anyone's next stay . It is good for anyone by themselves or with family . There are grills out back as well as a smoking area . Would stay again

Mr Hooda was so nice, such a great experience, he was obedient and on point , i think you guys should definitely consider mr Hooda for mangement position in the hotel. The property itself is new and is clean my room was really open and airy front desk was really nice

The service here and great and the rooms are super nice! We had a very nice weekend stay. It was close to the event we were attending. A hotel with 24 hrs check-in which is AWESOME. Instead of the usual sub par breakfast at most of these type of hotels they have a small handy store with quick grab n go items with affordable prices

My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight on our drive to the Jersey Shore. I'm a teacher and needed to teach a virtual class from 12-2 on my departure day. The manager Nicholas and associate Moses ensured that I could have a late check out so that I could successfully teach my class. I am really greatly to them for accommodating me. The room was huge and had a nice desk from which to work. I recommend a stay just based on the customer service. Thanks Nicholas and Moses!

We had a great stay at the candlewood suites. The parking lot was accommodating to all guests. The staff was very nice and the convenience store with water, drinks, & toiletries was open 24/7 which was great. This hotel was very clean as well. We stayed in the king room on the first floor and it was extremely spacious it felt like a one bedroom apartment. This hotel had a gym, hot tub, & pool. We highly recommend this hotel! Great price too
