Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eagle Pass

This hotel is welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and cozy with no orders. The room is well insulated and free from outside noise. The bed was firm and comfy. The tv worked. The location of the hotel is perfectly centered for shopping, restaurants and ******. There is a restaurant next door to the hotel walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No pets allowed. Tho we did not eat breakfast they had breakfast choices like cereals, juice, coffee, apples, toast, and yogurt.. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town

I really enjoyed staying here. We were there for a family funeral and it was a rough day but enjoyed a nights rest. Really clean and staff was great. The AC was having a problem in one room but we were quickly moved to a different one so they can figure out the problem.

No real breakfast. Older hotel. Very small. AC unit was covered by a built in bench so room was either cold or hot. No courtesy extension of check out time even though the elevator was broken 2 days prior to and on the day of my check out. And I was on the third floor. I cut my YEAR stay with them short as a direct result of most of the issues, and I found long term lodging elsewhere.

Simply not worth what we paid for a 2 nite stay. Stained sofa. Not enough pillows. Not enough I room coffee. Not enough towels. Large soap dispensers in shower that have been used by guests before you. I could go on but I think I’ll stop here.

Love the cleanliness. The police cars on the premises show that the place is safe to stay. It probably offers lower price for law enforcers making the guests feel secure. The room is clean in and out with clean, crisp sheets and clean fridge and microwave oven. The continental breakfast is healthy.

The internet is horrible like really bad, the customer service was pretty lame as well. And being woke up @2AM not once but twice when I really needed the sleep by a fire alarm set of by someone "taking a shower" at 2am really ******. I wouldnt stay here unless I absolutely had to.

Poor experience for the cost of $327/night. Not Wyndam standards unless Wyndam has gone downhill. Upon arrival lady at check desk was rude. No bottle water in the room. At breakfast next morning they had bagels but no cream cheese. Asked lady about cream cheese her response was use peanut butter

I would love to be able to have a hot meal for breakfast. The staff is excellent and very polite and friendly. Always have a smile and say hello every time you enter the building. All the rooms I've stayed in are clean.
