Overall, my experience was average, with a mix of positive and negative aspects. Here's a breakdown:
Positive Points:
The room itself was good and clean, which I appreciated.The presence of a mirror in the room was helpful.The bathroom had a strong hot shower, which was a positive.The hotel's location is convenient, being near stores and the boulevard.
Concerns & Issues:
Hotel Size: The hotel feels small for the number of guests it accommodates.
Elevator Capacity: The elevator is very small and can only comfortably fit what appears to be 3-4 people, which isn't ideal.
Kettle Malfunction: The electric kettle in the room was not functioning. This was particularly disappointing as we had planned to make coffee early in the morning before our flight. It is frustrating to see non-working equipment in the room and I suggest you double-check devices before putting them in rooms.
Non-Functional TV: The television in the room was not working which rendered it useless.
Single Access Card: We were only provided with one room access card. This means that the air conditioning shuts off each time we leave the room, causing inconvenience. This is not efficient, especially in the hot climate.
Wifi Password Entry: The fact that we had to manually input the WiFi password on our phones was also a hassle and not very convenient.
Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom wasn't dirty, but the cleanliness level was just average and could be improved.
While the room itself was acceptable and the location is good, there are significant areas that require improvement. The malfunctioning kettle and TV, the elevator size, the limited access card, and inconvenient Wifi login, all contributed to a less-than-satisfactory experience.
