Lovely Lobby, with plenty of amenities for all guests, Tea/Coffee Treats etc. The staff were very helpful and assisted with a swift check in. The apartment itself was ideally located in the city centre and within walking distance to all the local attractions. The accommodation was clean, well furnished and adequately proportions.

Regular visitor to Premier Suites in Dublin and always appreciate the blend of price, comfort and location. This particular offering weights location which is about as good as you can get in Dublin. Accommodation was clean but compact (2 bed apartment) with limited storage or room to move around furniture. That said, the balance of price, comfort and location works and we would return.

This hotel was a plesant suprise for us. It is located just on the other side of St Stephens Green and such a short walk to all your downtown Dublin plans. The outside looks like any other apartment building, has codes for the doors so you can get in at all hours. Has an elevator. We walked in and loved the suite not realizing there was a living room and full kitchen and a patio! We only stayed two nights here but it was absolutly wonderful. My only negative thing is that the cleaning crew used a sented cleaner on the carpets and it was overwhelming when we got in. Since we were just dropping our bags and leaving right away we opened all the windows and it aired out some. The first night I had to sleep in the living room as it gave me a headache as the bedroom was the only carpeted area. I didn't mark down the stars for this because the room really was perfect besides that. Also, right outside the doors was the Airbus stop that takes you right to the airport. You could ride this bus from the airport directly to the hotel and get out at the front steps.

My sister and I had a lovely stay here over Christmas . we even needed to move rooms after the first night ( i needed a walk in shower bc of slight back issue) and they were so kind and moved us to a room to fit my needs . everyone was so nice. the room was clean and comfortable and a great location . Stayed at Christmas If you can find elsewhere. The apartments smell very bad they are either not aired but it smells of previous guests odour, grime and drainage. The place is carpeted with no Hoover in sight and will only be cleaned once a week so this is far from a serviced apartment. Thin hanky towels which become soggy straightaway not changed unless requested. Garbage never collected even with sign up. Beware stay elsewhere awful apartments.

Booked room directly on company website and not a consolidator. Lady checking me in insisted on checking in other guests first even though I came first. Had to call another lady. Extremely slow process after a long day traveling - not impressed. I’m now waiting 30 minutes and the lady literally doesn’t know how to check me in !

We had 2 apartments booked for 2 nights (one 2 bed one 1 bed). They were spacious and clean. 2 bed had 2 bathrooms too which was good. It’s around a 25 min walk to temple bar or 10 mins in traffic in an Uber. They were just very expensive apartments - around 1k for the 2 nights.

This apartment hotel is really decent. Good sized, clean rooms. Bright and modern with small kitchenette Staff are lovely and there is secure under ground parking for additional cost of €15. Travelled for business as I have work near Saint Stephens Green so location is perfect. Will absolutely stay again!

I would like to share my recent experience regarding this hotel that we had planned to visit. Unfortunately, after a long international journey, we received a communication from the hotel, via ***********, just 10 minutes before the official check-in time, informing us that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel was unable to accommodate our reservation. This happened when we were only 1 km away from the hotel, causing significant inconvenience and problems. To make matters worse, conflicting reasons emerged between the hotel, which blamed ***********, and *********** itself, which in turn blamed Premier Suite Plus. Additionally, I would like to highlight an inconvenience encountered during the attempt to make the payment. We were sent a link that, unfortunately, was not functioning. After attempting to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, we received an email stating that we could easily make the payment upon our arrival at the reception. I regret having to express a negative review as we had hoped for a pleasant experience at that hotel. However, the aforementioned issues have negatively affected our perception of the organization and efficiency of the service provided. I share this testimony in order to provide sincere and objective feedback to potential customers who are considering booking at this hotel, as I have noticed that my case is not isolated, and by reading reviews, other travelers can be found who have had similar problems. It is important to be aware of such issues in order to make an informed decision. I hope that this review can contribute to an improvement in the hotel's processes and ensure a better experience for future guests.
