Grand Summit Resort

Beautiful place. The hotel was fantastic - clean, in the middle of the nature and hikes, close to restaurants. I liked the warmed pool outside.

Great location, stayed out of season so very quiet. Loved the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. Will look forward to returning in the snow!

AWESOME PLACE! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, SHOPS,RESTAURANTS ETC

We were here with a tour group. This is a large ski resort and they were not busy even in leaf season. Our group was spear out over all of the floors which was mysterious. Complaint: TV was on hospitality mode and we could not hear it over the din of the air conditioner. There appeared to be no way to unlock it. Food was good. Bar was relatively expensive. The food was good. All in all we were pleased.

This hotel is nothing like its on line image. It is run down, dirty, way outdated. You make a reservation then get threatening emails from them on the rules of when to check in and out and charges of $50 if you do either of those outside the given time frames..thing is you arrive at the given time and there are no rooms ready. We were not the only ones; lots of people in the lobby waiting for a room. When we finally got into the room, my wife found a towel left behind the door with what appeared to be a fecal stain...how gross. I understand the lady behind the front desk has little to no control, but kindness could go a long way. I was going to give this place a 2 star only becasue these rooms are very large, but once I looked at the room it has the ambiance of what I would think a holding cell would look like. Resort my ...

Our stay at the Grand Summit resort was nothing less than perfect. The front desk was helpful and accommodating and the resort facilities were excellent. We spent every night in the heated heated pool and hot tubs. We cannot recommend this resort more highly. They rock.

The hotel isn't super fancy, but our room was clean and the amenities are great. Ski in/ski out with an outdoor ski check that is also handled by the valet desk. Complimentary valet service if you can't find a parking spot in the small top lot. Spa with the ability to book a massage, heated outdoor pool and two outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, and gym are nice options. Morning deli with pay-for breakfast options and a very small amount of grocery supplies (I'd recommend going down the street to the Snow Mountain Market if you want groceries though). Large retail store with rental facilities on the ground level. It's open about an hour before the lifts are usually open. Complimentary small coffee machine and sodastream in the lobby, but bring your own cups as they're focused on minimal waste, so no disposable cups. Arcade is available, but is a bit expensive. On site pay-for-use laundry facilities with an app are nice as well. Harriman's restaurant is open from 5pm to 9pm for dinner and in the lobby. Slightly limited menu Monday and Tuesday, but the food is pretty good. Loved the Statler Chicken dish. My only complaint is the loud upstairs neighbor that let their kids stomp around close to when we were trying to go to bed. They had a late check-in, too, which we also noticed.

Ski in, ski out hotel with very friendly staff. It is not fancy hotel, but ok to stay with family. The murphy bed was comfortable for 2 kids. Complimentary valet service was very convenient. Free espresso machine and soda water machine were my favorite every morning. The hotel has variety activities every night for kids. I enjoyed smores and comedy show. Kids went to heated pool every night after all day ski. There were dry sauna and steam sauna near pool too.

Hotel was great, ski in, ski out location. Stayed with a family of 4 in a room with two twins and there was plenty of room. Valet service was excellent and upon arrival, they took our skis and had them ready for the next morning in the ski storage area in back on the trail. Service was excellent, everyone was very helpful with our requests. I have read some negative comments about this hotel and I don't get it, yes it's not not the Ritz Carlton but its very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. You are definitely paying a premium to be slope side. Restaurant on premises was very good and an easy option after a long day of skiing (recommend you make reservations if a weekend).
