Actually, it's no different from staying at an Airbnb. The facilities are quite complete, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, iron, refrigerator, gas stove, and they also provide many kitchen and dining utensils. The location is quite convenient too, with Southern Cross Station nearby, and you can take a tram to Flinders Street Station in just a few stops, and the view is okay. However, despite booking a river view room, I could only see a tiny bit of the river, so I don't see the point of paying extra for that. Moreover, this place offers absolutely no services. When I arrived at the building around 10 PM, there was no hotel front desk for the apartment. I received a call from the manager saying he would only be there at 11:30, so I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour until 12:00 to check-in. (Later, I found out that if you check-in late, you have to pay extra, for example, if you arrive at 4 or 5 PM on the same day). And there was no Chinese front desk at all; I received an English bombardment upon landing. Additionally, there are no room services or daily cleaning services (unless you stay for more than a week). The cleanliness of the room was very worrying; there were even bloodstains on the pillows, many stains and hair on the sheets, uncleaned garbage under the bed, and the balcony glass door seemed like it hadn't been wiped in a long time. Regardless of the length of stay, they only provide one set of toiletries, which wasn't enough for my six-day stay. There was only one trash bin, so I had to dispose of my own garbage throughout the six days, and there were no extra trash bags for guests. To make matters worse, on the check-out day, you must drop the key in the home mailbox before 10 AM. They claim you can request a late check-out a day in advance, but it's practically impossible, and I had to check-out before completing my six-day stay. Considering the price, for short stays during travel, you can find better hotels with services, and for longer stays, you can rent an Airbnb at a much lower price. All in all, I highly do not recommend staying at this "luxury" apartment. New update, what's even more outrageous is that two days after I checked out, the manager contacted me, claiming that the cleaning staff found a dent in my room. I am absolutely certain that I didn't drag anything into the room or cause any impact, so I am confident that I am not responsible for it. However, the manager told me that the room's statement requires guests to inspect and report any pre-existing damages within four hours of check-in. It's like I paid to become an inspector, isn't it? I asked the manager if they could provide evidence that this dent wasn't present before, but they just used the statement to brush me off. I mean, seriously, does every guest have the time to inspect the room immediately after checking in? Don't guests have their own itineraries to attend to?
