Hotel Vita - Terme Dobrna

We paid €891 for 4 nights in the hotel "Vita" for the New Year's celebration weekend. First of all; the hotel itself is very cold, it didn't seem we are in the wellness & spa hotel. The room is in devastated condition, there is no heating and no ventilation in the bathroom. When we came to the hotel pool there were no towels so we had to go back to pick the ones we had in the room. The water in the pool was pretty much cold and when we asked at the reception desk about heating issues they told us they will send a handyman even though they knew that they keep the heating low. Last but not least everything smelled awful and we just couldn't stay there. So we went back to the reception desk and explained our problems so they said they're sorry but they kept the money we paid for the reservation and we lost our €100 but we left to see Celje and we haven't lost any more of our money. So it would be great if they don't show off the hotel as a 4 star hotel when it's hardly even a 3 star hotel. Anyways, we are glad we left and definitely won't be coming back ever again 'cos it was a terrible experience.

Hotel in buona posizione. Abbiamo trascorso il capodanno 2024-2015. Cenone se così possiamo chiamarlo iniziatk alle 19:00 Cibo di pessima qualità. Vino imbevibile. Tutte le bevande escluse [rammento che non abbiamo.pagato 2 lire... come si suol.dire]. La Band ha suonato quasi unicamente ballate slovene e ad una certa ora... dopo le 00:30 é sparita...Organizzazione inqualificabile. Una hostess/cameriera mi ha persino rincorso dicendomi che dovevo pagare le bevande...in realtà erano già state assegnate alla camera.. Le piscine non sono all altezza e non si parla di acqua termale ma riscaldata... Abili nel business...! Non credo.dinritornare una seconda volta

Albergo in bella posizione purtroppo le terme almeno nel periodo invernale non sono all'altezza. Ambienti freddi e acqua nelle piscine scarsamente riscaldata. Le camere non sono collegate alle piscine ma è necessario prendere un doppio ascensore e passare ogni volta dalla reception/ingresso. Buffet vario ma molto ripetitivo e di qualità bassa. Abbiamo ridotto la permanenza.

La struttura nasce in un complesso termale, forse fra i più antichi della Slovenia. La stessa è suddivisa in un corpo centrale (Hotel vita ), dove c è l accesso diretto sia alle Terme, che al ristorante e altre ubicazioni che differiscono per prezzo e per comfort delle camere ( hotel boutique ). Le mie recensioni sono sempre molto oggettive e cerco di trasmettere la realtà senza paragoni futili. Le camere ( ho soggiornato nell hotel Vita ) sono calde, semplici, accogliente e funzionali. Il buffet è vario ma accontentare gli italiani non è facile, cmq siamo in Slovenia e la cucina è totalmente diversa dalla nostra, ma cmq per chi non ama il self service si può usufruire a pagamento (prezzi contenuti ) del ristorante alla carta dello stesso hotel, dove si mangia bene. Staff della struttura cordiale e disponibile. Il centro termale è piccolino ma cmq gradevole, la temperatura dell acqua e calda ma non bollente circa 35 gradi. Nel corpo centrale c è un centro medico riabilitativo molto funzionale da quello che ho potuto notare. Ho anche provato un massaggio relax nel piccolo centro estetico, davvero un gioiellino dove le operatrici sono tutte davvero disponibili e carine. Inoltre vorrei ringraziare Davorin il responsabile della struttura per la sua professionalità, gentilezza e cortesia che ha per tutti i suoi ospiti, lui ama il suo lavoro e lo fa davvero con passione... grazie!!!!
