整體設施不錯 附加心意這塊很用心比如會送歡迎水果🍉 早餐還不錯 以及入住結束後會給伴手禮 接送機會派小轎車來接你
好的服務方法是學了 但意識跟不上 有種東施效顰的感覺 力氣完全沒用對方向 讓人想吐槽
1.伴手禮送的就是桌子上的茶葉和擦鞋布 恕我直言 這屬實沒必要了吧 我需要的話自己會在房間裏拿 多此一舉 增加累贅
2.房間的網絡🛜非常差 連五秒就會斷 電視機的音量調到最大還是沒聲音
3.電梯速度極慢 沒次都要等好久
4.大堂的咖啡機放着但不清理咖啡渣子，因此喝不了
5.最令人無語的是酒店的地址定位和指引非常有問題 誰能想到這地方竟然有兩個同名同姓的汽車客運站 而在攜程上這家店的l標識和地圖軟件又不一樣 讓我白白浪費打車費和時間 打電話給前台指路也説不清楚
6.既然我在check out時就已經説了我的意見和建議為什麼離店後又要再打我一次電話問重複的話呢

酒店服務非常好，工作人員熱情有禮，有什麼問題可以直接打電話或者找前台，點外賣還有機器人無人運送到房間門口，停車方便，停車場配備有充電樁，房間裝飾風格舒適整潔，大床房有泡茶的地方，沐浴設施寬敞乾淨，智能馬桶也是加熱的而且功能很多，床睡起來也很舒服，樓下一層早餐區自助餐有很多種類，可以現做餛飩和麪條，整體體驗非常好，推薦入住
