Upon check in I was in line behind one person. The check in sounded normal with things like breakfast time, WiFi password, etc. Though the customer seemed irritated because she kept saying she filled all of the information on line and was told “Yes, but we need a paper copy.” When it was my turn, she told me to wait a minute, went in back and out popped a new person (I later saw the first person leaving for the day). When I went to fill out the paperwork she grabbed my paper and slid me off to the side and started tending to the person behind me. I stood in line for 10 minutes and felt I should have gotten personal attention. After completing the paper work I had to stand and wait again while she was preparing the paper work for the other person now at the counter beside me. Finally, she took my paperwork and shoved a key envelope at me, then turned and called the next person in line. I did not get told pool hours, breakfast hours, and never received a WiFi password. I tried to obtain the information and she told me I would have to wait. I gave up and went to my room. The room itself was average, the bathroom was a nightmare. The grout in the shower was dirty, the toilet handle was worn from use (I have never seen that one before), and the tub drain was flaking off. Then I noticed something inexcusable, a shower curtain so torn around EVERY ring it was falling off. Really??? They couldn’t replace a shower curtain at $192 per night???? Breakfast was a new nightmare. The sausage was so over microwaved it was hard. My husband whacked his on the edge of the table and it didn’t even bend. The powdered eggs tasted horrible, how you mess up powdered eggs is beyond me. The coffee tasted like instant, and when I tried to fix it with a splash of milk the milk curdled. When we encountered staff in the hall or elevator and said hi to them, there was no response, not even a universal language smile. Never EVER will I stay here again.
