We booked a room for 3 people but hotel manager denied to give extra mattress and infact started shouting with us in the middle of the night. The photos shown are totally fake. Room photo had ac mentioned but no ac was provided to us in the room.

Room was good & spacious. Bathroom was clean. Food options was limited but good taste. Service was appreciated and upto requirement. Areas to improve is no telephone was available to call room service, wall clock was not working & tv channels were limited.
