We had a peaceful stay at this hotel, especially in wedding season was going on. Rooms are clean, Hot water was available. We had dinner at their restaurant & surprisingly the ambience, service & food quality was very good. Special mention for the Head chef, who personally took our order & gave excellent service. Staff is polite & check in check out was smooth.

Unless you are a local or use any kind of map app, you cannot find this place as it has no signage. Fortunately Google Maps had the right location and we reached. The front desk made a bad attempt to upsell by telling us that the category of room we had booked was unavailable even though earlier during the day this was confirmed. On insisting that we only want the room category booked (we had booked 2 rooms) and do not want 2 separate rooms of 2 categories apart from each other, he relented and gave us the rooms we had booked. Not a good experience especially after driving 10 hours. Rooms were okay, large, spacious, did not need to use the airconditioner as weather was pleasant. Dinner was okay, service a little slower than expected. Breakfast starts late at 8:30 which probably is okay by local standard, but not for travelers who want to get started early (7:30 is the norm almost everywhere). So if you want food early, you are better off going out and searching. The spread was still getting laid when we finished at 9:00, fair options, but again it took 4 reminders and 20 minutes to get our coffee. The person incharge of F&B made some lame excuse that it takes time in the morning. Overall? okay, probably will not choose this option if I am traveling that direction again

We are group of 18 cyclists, we needed a hotel which is convenient, Jhankar Palace was the one. We needed non spicy food, set menu and private area for the group. It was all arranged very well. Also Food was excellent and on time. We also needed breakfast is properly packed, wholesome and suitable for cyclists on 100KM ride in the hot weather. They tastefully arranged it and made sure it was ready for us when we left. I thank Mr. Sachin Shah, Mr. Harish Sharma, they co-ordinated all these things very well. I also thank you the owner of the hotel (I do not know the name) for his co-operation.

Room service is WORST and staff only argue even if they have done mistake they never accept their mistakes had worst experience of staff. Cheap washroom condition. No cold water provided for drinking even after requesting many times we had not asked water for free no doormats due to this room was getting wet and slippery no hot water for bathing. Please teach your staff how to interact with guest how to be polite. Due to such staff you may loose ratings clients after being good hotel but still felt bit over priced compared to the service given.
