Ich ging mit einigen Freunden zu diesen Wohnungen und wir sind sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Und die Wohnungen waren geschlossen an schönen Stränden. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und komfortabel. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment sehr anderen, die nach Zypern reisen.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for years, being from Cyprus, we like many others don’t stay here but come regularly and pay to use the pool. This year we have been overwhelmingly shocked by the downturn in service and hospitality. They offer ‘poolside service’ but no one ever approaches to see if you need anything, you virtually have to chase them down! It is noted however, that they are very quick to take payment for the sunbeds when visiting but this is the extent of any sort of haste in service. The restaurant is much the same, we waited 1 hr for our food, some burgers and a salad and when we asked we were told by the waiter “I don’t know, I just take the order”. The level of deterioration in service is unprecedented. However, the main reason I was pushed to write this review is due to the disgusting service and treatment we received when attempting to use the gym and spa facilities. We opted to pay for an off-peak pass which meant we could use the gym and spa during the weekdays between certain hours and these were the only restrictions we were informed of before the hotel took our money. Upon using the gym for the first time (in our allotted hours) the man from the desk entered and stopped me 5 mins into my workout to inform me that I was not allowed to wear crocs in the gym and that it was okay for that day but from then on I would have to wear trainers. I then said that unfortunately I haven’t brought any trainers with me on holiday and always wear crocs to the gym at home so what am I to do? If there were specific rules regarding attire then it’s the hotel’s responsibility to inform guests before taking their money as he was now essentially saying that I was not allowed to use the gym I’d paid for. He then said he doesn’t have to tell me and that I should know that crocs aren’t allowed in the gym as everyone knows this and to not wear proper footwear in the gym is against international law?! How ridiculous!! I insisted that he refund my membership and he then said he would dock a day for the 5 mins I had spent there that day and he would need to call accounts and it would take a few days. He then (thinking I couldn’t understand Turkish as our entire exchange had been in English) then tried to complain to my father that he had been kind and reasonable to me and that I was making the entire thing into an issue. He was then shocked when I reiterated in response that it is the hotel’s responsibility if they want to impose ridiculous restrictions on guests to inform them of it. My father then went to see a manager who reiterated the absolute rubbish about international law and that the money would be returned in a few days (I’m not very hopeful). As I said, we’ve been coming for years and the way we were treated was simply laughable. We will never be returning after this, we had thought it had gone downhill but this was the cherry on top. Absolute ****** with no idea how to run a hotel.

I feel obliged to write this review as someone who stalked reviews before we went away , you spend forever saving for holidays wanted to ensure it was right for us. So.. We booked this hotel when it was advertised as a 4 Star , we received an email from our holiday provider to state that it had changed to a 3. If we wanted to change our accommodation we could , without and admin fee. I looked for other hotels and the difference was nearly £1100.00 our holiday was already paid and we really toyed with the idea of changing. However the financial part of it just didn't seem worth it. We stuck with our choice and headed to our holiday of 10days. Family of 3 - Daughter is 9. We arrived at the hotel , nice man on desk very informative and was handed our key. A KEY with a massive key ring , which I have never had before. We had a family room , we didn't have an updated one unfortunately. Bathroom was very small not much room to put your toiletries. Beds were big and comfy , balcony mid size. We were on the main road & I am a light sleeper so struggled with the traffic noise for a few nights. Bedsheets weren't the cleanest there were stains. We had ants one evening called to reception and we had someone come to our room an sort it within minutes but still not really what you want on holiday. Air con was great kept room freezing which is what we needed as it was SOOO HOT! Cleaners didn't really clean your room , bed was made and floor was moped we came back numerous times to soaking wet floor which we had to use towels to dry it as it was soaking! Food- We woke up next morning headed to breakfast , nice food nice selection not massive which is what I am used to on all inclusive but that had what any brit abroad needed. Cups of tea were lush! Lunch - Snack bar was really good selection of food , it closes just before dinner and lunch starts so you have to get there in time to get something but food was nice. Dinner hall food was a good selection of things over the 10 days. For kids there was 2 trays one with nuggets other with chips that was it. There are themed evenings , we ate out 2 nights as there was nothing my daughter would have eaten. So many lovely bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The evening food Asian night was my fave and we really enjoyed that. Desserts for kids , there's ice cream that's it. 2 different cake option for adults not much else. Pool - Was like getting in a bath needed a cool down from the heat but didn't get one lol Area was always clean lifeguard was always out and around watching and talking to people to keep them safe which was nice too see. Beds easy to get in the morning , as a brit i always went down early with towels because its in my blood :) Hotel staff were amazing , always had a smile and a good morning really lovely people. Schönen guten Tag zusammen. Der Sternabzug beim Service ist aus folgenden Gründen; - die Bedienungen beim Essen sind nicht alle aufmerksam und einige ignorieren einen und halten auch einen Plausch, obwohl Gäste auf Getränke warten - das Essen ist eher eine 3, auf kulinarische Explosionen wartet man vergeblich auch der Nachtisch lässt zu wünschen übrig, ich muss aber gestehen, so eine Große Menge an Essen lecker und Preis zu behalten ist sehr schwer, deshalb ist es Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau! Bei 5 Sternen erwarte ich das aber! Was das ganze extrem ausgleicht ist; - das abholen vom Flughafen, der Empfang und das helfen mit den Koffern, diese in das Zimmer zu bringen! - Fragen/Probleme wurden durch die Rezeption schnell geklärt. - als besonderes Highlight, der dazugehörige Spabereich. Hier wurden wir sehr gut in Empfang genommen und durch den deutschsprachigen Leiter Namens 😉 „Eins“ sehr gut beraten! Wir haben uns für das 5 Tage Paket entschieden und wurden jeden Tag aufs neue extrem gut durch massiert. Hier sind besonders Victoria und Carolina zu empfehlen!!! Die haben wirklich sehr viel Kraft und können dadurch auch Medizinische Massagen durchführen! - Strandlage ist Top! Einfach die Straße überqueren. - Sport, ist einiges möglich, wir haben gerne Tennis gespielt Vielen lieben Dank und bitte weiter so!
