I’ve stayed here before it’s usually decent. The hot tub was lukewarm last time. This time pool was closed for maintenance had to cancel our reservation. But they have a good breakfast.

Room must be recently renovated (kind of) as it smelled heavily of new carpet. It was a nice sized room, but the air conditioner was very loud, and rattled. The train the went by right across the street several times was also loud, but the AC blocked out most of that noise. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Hot water was plentiful. Bed was very comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was most pleasant because the staff was so helpful. The general manager Alycia had no problems answering any questions I had during my stay and made me feel right at home my room was spotless and very comfortable.i would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This is one bad hotel. See pictures I posted. There’s a really bad scent there. Place is very outdated. Mattress are all worn out. My room was loaded with box elder bugs. When I asked to get out in a new room because of the bugs, they said all they can do for me is “clean” the room. But what good was it if they kept coming in.

I wish I could give a good review but this is not what I was expecting when I booked. The place is SO rundown. As we drove in it looked like an old outdated apartment building. The lobby is detached from one whole wing of the hotel so you have to leave the building to get to breakfast. A new coat of paint made it look good in pictures but there is rust, peeling paint, broken windows on the storm door, windows that have probably never been replaced, a room that smells like it is or was a smoking room and outside doors that don’t lock. My son went to open our door and we had the flip lock thing closed and the entire door frame came off with the lock! Picture included. The outside door to our part of the hotel shuts but isn’t locked. The pool is GROSS but the kids had fun in it. The water in the slide was literally grey, everything is rusty and paint is chipping off. And to top it off we have 5 flies in our room that we’ve been trying to kill all night! What an experience. Hopefully breakfast is good. We’ll see in the morning! We paid $150 for one night but the hotel is more like a $50 a night motel if that.

Not good experience. We stayed here before when it was Holland House and it was always good, this chain has taken it over and as per usual maintenance is not being done. Water in the hot tub was not clean and not at the proper temperature, unruly children running up and down hallways, slamming doors non-stop and the hotel was almost empty, children should never be placed on the second floor of a wood framed building, it's just disaster. WAY overpriced for a hotel that was almost vacant. Overall a mediocre experience and updates need to be completed, will not stay again.

It's off the highway but you don't hear any noise. We had a room facing the highway. Had a separate sitting area. Comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was good-mainly take out food like wrapped breakfast sandwiches. There is a dining room. I would stay there again if I was passing through town.

Great Stay at Great Price! Hubby and I (both seniors) stayed here last night. Property has two buildings; we we were in the one connected to lobby; appears at one time to have been a ***** motel. However, rooms recently refurbished and redecorated. Lovely room, great mattress; comfy! And, our entrance door also had a secure screen door for natural ventilation. Breakfast area nicely appointed and breakfast itself included more variety than expected. Of great significance—this property was SPOTLESS! Pool/hot tub/water slide looked nice but we didn’t use them—

Room was out dated and dirty. We immediately left after checking in and moved to a different nearby hotel. Staff was not accommodating to our request to leave. ***Read the reviews!! It's a "motel" feel with people coming and going. Would not recommend!
