Hate doing this but gotta put the facts, Was Sold a room by a rep Julio that said: Because you are a member and I put note for you early check in is not a problem because we are not that busy… *deal breaker to book this for me, because location was great. Walking in first thing we see 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom, Toilet not flushing… gave them reports and asked to just fix the toilet because we going out to catch the day. Toilet stayed broken for the 3 days period, no one changed towers not even once, I went to get them every day. …Aaand the best coming back home, saw a charge of early check in fee after front desk apologized for the inconveniences and said we will give you points for next time to have a free night stay… no points, no email from anyone, just extra charge that was never should happen

Horrible hotel and experience. They need to shut this place down and completely gut and renovate it. The AC does not work so prepare to sweat it out, the rooms have a smelly odor, and the elevator was out of service - was told by the front desk that the elevator was overheating due to the high usage. We checked out after 7 hours because we could no longer take the extreme room heat and odor. Chris the front desk manager was of no help. Choice hotels should be ashamed!!!

The good—it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bad—the room was incredibly hot even with the air conditioning on constantly. The phone and refrigerator didn’t work. The pool was GROSS, I wouldn’t let the kids get in there 🤢. Also, it’s in a sketchy part of town, lots of sirens passing by all night. We felt safe in the hotel but wouldn’t stay there again.

I thought this was a nice place, internet was good beds and sheets were good, a.c. was a little slow, i.e. it starts getting a little warm before the thermostat kicks on, but when it kicked on it worked well. My wife wasn't so happy, the room was a little small and we paid for a suite, which she thought was two rooms, but was in fact one room divided in two with a 6 ft. long pony wall dividing the two sections. On one side was a small sleeping area and the other was an "L" shaped sofa. It was described as having two beds and a two person sofa, but their idea of a suite is very liberal. So if you decide to stay here remember everything is good except the room size and don't expect a suite deal.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a 2 week road trip to Denver from Seattle. Plenty of free parking. Friendly welcoming staff. Good size room (suite), clean and tidy with microwave & fridge. Large TV, comfortable beds, lighting could be better, bit dingy! Wi-Fi 5mbps down, 5mbps up, it worked! Bathroom good size, clean and tidy. Good lighting although the shades were missing! Good size counter top & mirror. Plenty of hot water, pressure ok, extractor ok. Many (very) loose fittings including the shower temp/flow adjustment & spout and the basin taps & spout. Had to turn the cistern off at night due to it constantly filling/overflowing. Breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel, badly laid out. Need to get down early else not much left, some of which seemed to be scattered all over the floor! Did not use the pool or fitness centre during the stay. Overall it is a convenient place to stay (and the price) but is tatty around the edges and is in need of some desperate tlc. Could be a gem of a hotel with the right investment. Needs a property & management makeover! Wouldn’t stay at it again which is a pity, perhaps if another group took it over and turned it into something better?
