If I were you, I would look for another place to stay. I had the opportunity to stay here last week, the first weekend in April with my son. As soon as you walk in the hotel there is a very distinctive smell and not a good one. Once receiving my room keys we headed to up to our room. Each floor had at least two big humidifiers in the hallway because the smell continued throughout the hotel. After arriving to my room the shower had long black strands of hair all on the walls, the backboard to the bed was pealing, (it was vinyl) and also had stains from the vinyl on the chair to the desk was completely pealed off. You would not want to touch it. When I spoke with the front desk agent to receive a refund bc I did not want to stay at this locati, she became very rude and discourteous. She looked up my reservation and stated I booked thru ******* and she could not do anything about being charged. I informed her that I didn’t book thru them I used the hotel website and proceeded to show her the confirmation email. She still proceeded to tell me I was lying, I used *******. I spoke with the general manager on Monday about my whole ordeal and Debbie informed me she had to speak with the front desk agent bc it was clearly in the computer that I didn’t book thru ******* and only offered me 1000 points. This is unacceptable.
