Das Hotel ist für diejenigen geeignet, die nur einen Transitflug machen möchten. Überall gibt es viele Restaurants, aber hauptsächlich malaiische Gerichte. Das Hotel ist nicht so sauber und wir checkten erst nach 19 Uhr ein, das Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, es gab kein Badeset und kein Handtuch, das Personal hat das Problem auch nicht gelöst, bis wir darum baten, in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln, und die Klimaanlage war auch nicht kalt. Aber wenn Sie nur für einen Transitflug bleiben möchten, ist es ein Budgethotel.

My stay was disappointing. The receptionist, a young Indian woman, was not welcoming at all. She simply handed me the room key without offering any helpful information or a friendly greeting. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, which is not acceptable for someone in a customer service role – she definitely needs to learn how to be a good receptionist. The room cleanliness was poor – it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned, with dust everywhere and the bathroom appeared unwashed. Additionally, there was no towel provided in the room, and the pillow had noticeable stains. On a positive note, the location is quite convenient, with plenty of nearby eateries, a Watsons, and convenience stores in the area, making it easy to get what you need. Overall, I expected much better service and hygiene standards.
