Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr komfortabel, und das Personal war erstaunlich. Sie gingen über und über, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden, der Süddelhi besucht. Wir hatten dort wirklich gute Zeit.

Wir hatten die beste Erfahrung hier zu bleiben! Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer selbst war groß, stilvoll, sauber und komfortabel. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr vibrant und hippig, und groß für künstliche Leute. Das Fika Café/Restaurant/Bar verfügt über leckere Angebote. Das kostenlose Frühstück war geräumig und frisch. Das Hotel tut das Beste, um seine Gäste mit Taschen und Gepäck zu beherbergen, indem man Handwerker, Tuk-Teks und Fahrer, wenn Sie vorab fragen, und für eine Gebühr. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit unseren Taschen und der späten Ankunft, wie wir mit dem Hotel für Flughafen-Pick-up arrangiert haben. Der beste Teil unseres Aufenthalts war, wie sie uns zu fühlen, Teil ihrer Gemeinschaft. Sie haben eine pop-up-Artist/Maker-Event gehostet, eine der Nächte, die wir dort waren, und es war eine der sozial vernetzendsten, generativen und inklusiven Erfahrungen, die wir je hatten. Die Veranstaltung von Amit Pandey, der super-artigen und lustigen General ***-Ager, hat verschiedene Gruppen von Menschen zusammengebracht, die uns alle zu einer wirklich vernetzten Welt machen. Wenn Sie im Winter da sind, bitten Sie sich um Heizgeräte und Wärmeschalen. Von den schlimmsten Erfahrungen, die ich hatte. Wenn es negative Sterne hätte, hätte ich sie ausgewählt. Ich fühlte mich von ihnen betrübt. Ich hatte für 5 Tage für 2 Zimmer bei der Ankunft bezahlt und sie gab mir die schlimmsten Zimmer. Wasser leckte aus den Badezimmern. Keine Frühstückseinrichtungen. Die Zimmer waren dünn und schmutzig. Paharganj Hotels sind viel besser als dieses sogenannte 3-star Hotel. Meine Geschäftsreise wurde wegen meines Aufenthalts vernichtet. We took this hotel because it was the closest to our friends' Oberoi hotel but not that expensive. I expected for the price a top hotel, we paid almost 10000 RPS, but we received a cold shower when we saw our room. The hotel itself has zero (0) atmosphere and the inside looks like an office building which could as well have been situated in Paris, no Indian touch whatsoever. The room is not as in the pictures, but is in deep need of some refreshing. The bathroom was old and dirty, there were hairs from former guests in all corners and in the shower. The tuk tuk we took and the taxi we called did not find the place. I also think that a lot of the 5 star ratings are fake accounts when I read them, a big tripadvisor problem. Don't come here as a tourist, there are so many more better and cheaper hotels in Delhi ( a week before we stayed in a better place for 20000 RPS for 5 nights!).

We have stayed here 2x, over six years apart, to visit my aunt who lives in Kailash Colony. I think the only thing bad I can say about it is that it's in that Kailash location -- very good if you have reason to be there (e.g., family nearby), but for a general tourist maybe this is not the best choice bc it is not near to any of the typical monuments. On the other hand, it is also not impossibly far from any, e.g. you are as close to Qutb Minar as you are to Humayun's Tomb. (Of course, ”not far” means in Delhi traffic, everything is 30-45 minutes.) Rooms are clean, comfortable, AC works. There are a good number of outlets, and many of them support Western plugs, so that people with two devices will likely be able to keep charged (bring adapters anyway). There is included breakfast, which is basic (toast, omelette, one or two simple Indian dishes, tea and coffee) but is more than enough to keep you sustained. Staff will respond to requests and front desk has good English, but you DO have to make requests. Similarly (and this may explain past reviews) -- if you want your room cleaned, you have to drop your key at the front desk as you go out! This is a very old school Indian hotel in that regard. There is also a climbing wall in the lobby but I've never seen it used and have no clue if it's been maintained enough to be trustworthy. Overall, I am confident I'll be here again, I think in part because it's so close to my people. If it weren't for that, I might consider a different option.

The stay was awesome...The staffs are also well mannered... The services are excellent....This is one of great hotel I have ever stay.... If any one come to Delhi then they can stsy here without any hesitation.
