Attended a wedding in the area & we stayed here. The room was clean, 2 beds w/ a small sofa area, fridge & comfortable. Bathroom was large w/ tub/shower that worked well. Could not get the Keurig working but the coffee downstairs was very good & available. Breakfast was plenty & gave us a chance to visit with other family staying here. Then we left in a rush & I must have pushed a small clutch on the dresser into a trash can. I realized when half way home & called the front desk. Talked to several nice folks, Brad & Lily are the 2 names I recall. They arranged to mail it back to me & I received today. Everything was still inside! I am so appreciative to the staff for their assistance. Would definitely come again.

I booked a room here after distressingly leaving a different (nasty) hotel in Delavan. The man at the front desk was absolutely WONDERFUL and so so nice and helpful. He got me into my room at 9am, way before the check-in time! I had a King Suite and the room was very spacious, so much counter space all over, the bed was comfy and the AC worked great. The shower was great pressure and stayed warm. I would definitely stay here again. I slept great and felt clean staying here.

Hotel was completely booked. AC did not work. Rude staff when checking out. Asked to speak to manager and was told they would do that and call me. They did call and say we had the heat turned on instead of AC (even though I have a pic showing otherwise). Within a less than 5 minute phone call they said the housekeeper, the front desk and the manager all checked the AC and it was our own fault. The story kept changing. Ended up sending a complaint to their Corporate office. Would never stay here again.

This hotel has a pool and a hot tub which worked well for my visit. The breakfast was good as well. It was near a number of stores and mostly fast food restaurants. It is about a 20 minute drive from Lake Geneva. My biggest downside to it is there is some maintenance that is needed on the location.

Our Spring Break plans fell through, so we booked here solely for the pool and hot tub. Both were very disappointing. First day, we went to the pool area and found both outside doors open and large fans blowing. It was cold outside, so opened doors and fans made the area very cold. We still went into the pool and hot tub. Both were murky and smelled like something more than chlorine. We didn't stay long. Second day, attempted hot tub again and the smell was awful with debris floating. We went in the pool for a bit, but the chemical smell was too much and it just didn't seem clean. After long showers and washing hair, the smell in still in our hair. I have never experienced anything like this. Definitely put a huge damper on our getaway as this was all we were doing. Now both my daughter and I woke up not feeling well. I don't know what was in that pool, but it was right! Breakfast was very bland. Lots of options, but nothing tasted good. Free coffee 24/7 is a plus, but the coffee was not good. One positive and very important, the room seemed very clean. I'm glad housekeeping does a great job. We will never return and just very disappointed we spent money on something so lacking.

Very clean, quiet, and easy to get to. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room (king with hot tub) was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room smelled nice. Breakfast was hot, but quite greasy. There was a self-serve waffle maker AND a self-serve omelet maker. A nice spread. It would have been nice had it stayed open past 9am. In the warmer months, the patio with tables and a grill will be nice.

Andrew is waiting for this review, I'm sure... My husband booked two rooms for the night. He planned a surprise get-together for my 60th birthday with my sisters (all older than me), which included daytime activities and ended with a pizza dinner. When we moved a few tables together so we could eat and visit, Andrew at the Front Desk told my husband we couldn't use the common area because we didn't ask. The entire interaction was really a bit unbelievable. My husband said we would be moving all the tables back to their original places and would clean up the area when we were done. He ordered that the common area was now closed and we had to move out of it. We explained we were just going to eat pizza and then he offered the conference room down the hall and smugly said it would be $100-something to use it. I declined and said we have never not been able to use a hotel’s common area for visiting. He said he was canceling our reservation to which I was happy to agree. In reading the reviews for this hotel, Andrew has had many unpleasant interactions with guests. He was so quick to lose the sale of two rooms and not at all willing to have an adult conversation about it. Being an IHG member, I expected better. We ordered pizza for pickup at JoJos down the street but ended up eating it at the restaurant. The pizza was delicious and the service was top notch; we left a well-deserved hefty tip! We will all remember my 60th birthday as the first time we got kicked out of a hotel - and we hadn't even checked in. Good laughs! Terrible service.

This location allows the local residents to purchase day passes for the swimming pool. I called to verify that and was told it was true. I was not told I would have to pay in cash. When I arrived at the front desk and was told that I let the person know he should have told me that on the phone (it was the same person). He got very rude and when I reacted to that he banned me for life. Incredibly poor customer service.
