Grand Master Hotel

Worst hotel I ever stayed in so far. WiFi only worked at reception and not at all in the room, I had bugs and ants in my room and water in the shower took it's sweet time to get hot and the water would also leak outside of the shower. Roxana, the receptionist was extremely unpleasant and not helpful at all. It felt like it bothered her that she had to deal with us at all, she was grumpy all the time and would constantly be engaged in personal phone calls. When asked for extra room key we were told they don't have any, what hotel does not have extra key rooms? POS did not work so we could only pay by cash. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and for the rest of the day there is no bar or any way to get even some drinking water inside the hotel. I booked a single room, when checking in I was charged for a double and when I asked why I was told there are no single rooms although the booking of a single room has been confirmed. People from the group I was travelling with that booked a double room with a double bed received two single beds instead. AC kept stopping and had to turn it back on every 5-10 minutes, overall a very unpleasant stay. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
