This hotel says all rooms are non smoking but rooms are smelled **** so we could not stay in this hotel. We did not stay any nights even though we did not get full refund . They are saying 2 nights can be refund out of 3 nights . We still have not received refund yet. Do not book this room for family with kids . Trip tried helping but we did not receive full refund. Not sure we will use Trip.com again.

Needed lodging for a race at Eagles Canyon. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, close to the track and dining. Rooms against the highway were a little loud, but our 2 rooms on the back of the building were much quieter. Hard to beat the price.

This is an older motel, but very nice. Not the Ritz, but clean and comfortable, and the manager is a very friendly woman who does her very best to make her guests welcome. In the morning she has breakfast with cereal, toast, juices, scrambled eggs, french toast and sausage. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.

When I first got there friendly service, went to my room. It smelled so good in the room and was so clean. The hot water for shower was so amazing. There was a hot breakfast and it was so good. I would stay here again if I'm in the area

It was an awful stay. Room’s disgusting. Nothing worked in the room. Front desk staff were very rude. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. If you bring any of this situation up to the front desk they are extremely rude and make you feel stupid about it. They also double charged me on my stay and wouldn’t fix it. So now im having to dispute it thru my bank.

The staff at this Best Western are outstanding! They were so prompt to take care of anything we needed and they are so friendly. I will definitley stay here again. The WiFi here is very stable and easy to access, too.

Not only did we arrive to a "boil water notice" with no notice when booking, the room was disgusting. It wreaked of urine and smoke, there were holes in the carpet, stains on everything, hair on the sheets and pillow cases and the front desk person could even tel me how to get to my room. Drive 30 more minutes and get a hotel in Fort Worth.

Love parking right in front of my door to my room. So easy to park and go to bed. Then so easy to get out the next day. The breakfast was very good too. The night clerk front desk was very nice and pleasant as well as the morning person. The breakfast was well stocked for such a small motel. Clean

The room was dated, but nice enough. Its very convenient to be able to park right outside the room. Bathroom and toilet were pretty small, not ideal if you are tall or wide or both. Breakfast was not great quality and not what I would expect from Best Western. The staff were very nice and helpful.
