"The breakfast at De'an Yuanzhou Hotel exceeded my expectations; I never imagined such a high-quality breakfast could be found in such a small county town. The first thing that caught my eye was their egg tarts—the layers of flaky pastry and the quality of the texture far surpassed my expectations. Next was their pumpkin pie; I ate three in one go! It was incredibly soft, sweet, and the red bean paste inside wasn't overly sweet or cloying. The vegetables weren't oily and were served hot, which was very soothing for the stomach. The black fungus, in particular, had a meaty flavor, thanks to the beef tenderloin and bell peppers inside, which combined with the fungus's delicate aroma, making it very chewy. Their noodle dishes were also excellent, including pastries and steamed dumplings. Their fried dumplings and fried eggs were very fragrant. Since I arrived quite late, I asked the chef to reheat them for me. The chef was very attentive, patient, and attentive. Their drinks were also of high quality; the coffee and soy milk were both very rich and flavorful, especially the soy milk, which wasn't sweet—perfect for those on a diet.
